Tsurugi is the daughter of Jobin and Mitsuba Higashikata. She appears to have a strong resemblance to Shizuka Joestar.
She is actually a male. The eldest sons of the Higashikata family are all raised as girls until the age of 12.
Stand: Paper Moon King
Paper Moon King allows Tsurugi to impart physical qualities in his origami. For example, an origami frog will come alive or a paper banana will become slippery. When somebody is hit by one of the living origamis, the victim is afflicted by prosopagnosia, rendering him/her unable to recognize people's faces or words and numbers. Finally, the Stand allows Tsurugi to make origami out of anything, like a cellphone.
