Zero Two

A mysterious girl with red horns. An elite driver with a "teammate killer" alias. Her code name is "002." She is the pistil of the FranXX Strelizia. Zero Two is a powerful person and she is said to be the reason every single one of her previous teammates have gotten killed or died in any sort of fashion. Zero Two has taken a liking to Hiro and is repeatedly calling him "darling."


Zero Two has klaxosaur blood and is repeatedly being called a monster by people who don't know her. Hiro is the one that gave Zero Two her name due to her ID: 002. Zero Two treasures her name. Zero Two wants to become human so that she can meet up with her childhood "darling" but little does she know that Hiro is that person and that she is slowly but surely killing him. After Zero Two realized this felt extremely apologetic and distraught about her actions towards Hiro. Regardless, in the later stages of the anime, they become very reliant on each other to succeed, embodying the much-vaunted Jian bird. Ultimately, she and Hiro die valiantly in the end only to be reunited in a distant future, signifying the deep connection between the two.
