Julia is Let's girlfriend, somewhat of a feisty blond who's loud, rowdy, and not above beating people up to get her way, which is a polar opposite to the cool and calm Let. She can be usually found at a bar and can turn into a dragon the same as Let. a A sisterly figure to Haru's party.

Julia in her dragon form was under the control of Jegan back then. As Jegan loves her and witness her failed the dragon ritual, he put a dark bring on her to keep her by his side.
