Grandmother of Winry, and old resident of Risembool. Also, a parent like figure to both Edward and Alphonse, after they lost their mother.

It is shown that Pinako was Hohenheim's drinking buddy, and that she was the one to introduce Hohenheim with his future wife, Trisha.
