Andre Boom Boom

Andre Boom Boom is a minor antagonist from Part VII: Steel Ball Run and part of the Boom Boom Family.

Andre appears as a boy in his early twenties and his most peculiar physical character are the freckles that cover his face. He has the odd abilities to make his nostrils flat and put his whole ear in his ear hole.

Just like the other members of the family, Andre does not seem completely sane, but he shows a little more intelligence than his younger brother.
