Toshie Tanaka

Tanaka Toshie is a young high school girl and is always called "asparagus" by Manatsu. She is a quiet and isolated girl with no friends besides Manatsu. After school she often gets bullied by a group of girls. She is the one who taught Manatsu multiple ways of how commit suicide and together they spent their time making money and talking about the best way to die.


After a failed attempt to commit suicide by jumping off a building Manatsu realizes that she doesn't want to die and so Toshie committed suicide alone by cutting her wrist. Later at her funeral her full name was revealed.
