The third year student council Rin Myouga refused 100 confessions and was placed in the project. She was viewed as a symbol of perfection, graced with beauty and strength, but once the project became she showed herself to be quite a violent sadist.
It is not known why, but in middle school she was ostracized by her peers as someone who just uses her parent's influence and became a hikkikomori.
