Rugged Nymphomania review
I cannot read Japanese and sadly as it is neigh on impossible to get a fully translated (english) version of this manga, since it seems as though it has no official publisher, the only opportunity i had to read this manga was through raw scans, and the english translated version of one of the stories entitled 'A Certain Hero's Death'.

With that being said, you can get the gist of the short stories simply through the artwork, which is a feat in and of itself as the short stories delve deep into the imagination and is well worth the read if you have the stomach for it.

Rugged Nymphomania is a collection of short stories that heavily involve torture porn, scat, urine among other 'depraved' sexual fantasies. As such from what i could understand, there isn't so much of a story involved, more like a collection of ideas, that play out over 11 chapters the latter 4 being the most interesting by far.

The artwork is fairly decent, not so much in its detail but in the contortion of the human form, and the movement of the characters. Don't expect any heavy shading and intense amounts of detail.

Since this is more of an 'ideas' manga, there really aren't any characters, just roles to be played out. Any character could have been replaced by anyone else and it would have had no effect on the stories.

With all that being said, i did enjoy reading this manga. Not brilliant in its execution but passable.
It had some very new and interesting ideas that shakes up my general reading. Be warned however that this manga is not for the faint of heart, and if you have a weak stomach towards torture of a sexual nature, i would steer clear of most of it and only read the 'A Certain Hero's Death' chapter.
If you want something to shake you from the mundane and are looking for something twisted, i'd give it a go.

Pupa review
Story (7/10)

- Concept (4/5)-
Dark, gorey, unexpected and unique in its own way…and at some point, philosophical. Compare to other psychotic manga or anime, this would probably be the cutest. Somehow, in a way, this manga is like a more subtle version or the shonen version of Gantz. Instead of badass science fiction, a badass fantasy and instead of having sex, the oniichan would satisfy his imouto by letting her eat him and enjoys it.
It is not just mindless gore. The manga would actually make you think how the pupa resembles the two siblings’ life – a sort of parallelism between butterflies and the cycle of human darkness. I am not sure whether or not it’s just a coincidence but the manga reflects a bit of Sigmund Freud philosophy. There are other philosophical resemblance such as nihilism although it is indirectly stated or shown in the series.
Perhaps what makes this manga good is how it, perhaps accidentally, combines gore, violence and psychotic ideas with incestdom and fantasy – abusive parents, siblingly love and gauging out one’s eyeballs and turning into monsters. It is a rare combination but not completely unique. There are other sweet and psychotic hentai out there but this could probably in line with one of the good ones even if it’s toned down on the hentai side.
-Organization (3/5)-
It has a very good phasing. It is not as abrupt that of its anime adaptation. It gives us more depth, insights and gore to spare. It has good timing with the audience reactions, assuming that the audience enjoys such things. A good grasp of techniques and devices – how the author inserts light and fluffy moments or jokes in the middle of a gorey story without making it seemed forced. It’s good but still needs improvement. I can say the same thing with the cliffhangers. The readers need more impact to make us want to read more.

Art (7/10)

-Memorability/Originality (6/8)-
The characters seems a bit generic but they are seemingly memorable in a way with the use of the weird looking hairpins and scars. Gore, darkness and blood. Scary looking creatures, cute and kowaii stuff toys. It suits the lightness part of the manga but at the same time its darkness.
-Quality (1/2)-
It’s okay. Not to that screwed up but not epic. Lacks background at some point, but good emphasis on the characters. Good direction and point of view.

Characters (6/10)
Relatable to people with siblings and those who are into incest but the characters are generic and unrealistic. Although the love between the two is good and as well as the psycho path tendencies of the characters. It lacks dimension, power and strength but how the characters transforms or develops is good and how they show scenes in the first person point of view saved the series from being a sucky one.

Enjoyment (9/10)
Although it can be generic at some point, I enjoyed the gore, the blood, the violence, meaning and the love between the two siblings. The desperate looks on the characters and how there is much violence, gore and more gore. Did I mention how bloody it is? It may not be realistic but anyone who enjoys incest, gore and philosophy might enjoy this.

Fukigen Cinderella review
Fukigen Cinderella is the story of a man named ‘Haruhiko Kanna’. Haruhiko suffers from a disease, you see. It’s a disease that makes women want to kick his ass and he’s been suffering from it for a very long time.

Our anti-hero, Haruhiko, appears to have a lot of trouble with the fairer sex. When he was a kid, he had been bullied by the girls in his school. He also discovered that his mom was disappointed he had been born a boy instead of a girl. He discovered this from his female babysitter, who apparently also abuses him.

In all seriousness, Haruhiko’s life is filled with such women and it led him to having a rather repulsive personality wherein he is immediately nasty and rude to every woman. He also has a tendency to sexually assault them. The story doesn’t say it, but this personality is likely how he got cursed by the three witches he met. Presumably, he’s been turned into a woman so he can experience the other side and come to understand them better.

Unfortunately, Fukigen Cinderella is an ecchi manga. One of the rare ones that have a half decent story. But as is typical in such cases, the ecchi ends up being the downfall of this manga.

The need to show off T&A as much as possible ends up interfering with the story and, unfortunately, the author seems to have problems integrating ecchi scenes well. Most scenes come off as bizarre and unreasonable making the MC look idiotic.

Still, I think the manga is actually pretty good for what it is. The story is mildly complex and presented in a good way. The author really does well to input interesting plot points that could grow into something more.

Well, perhaps that should be phrased as ‘could’ have grew into something more as the series ended after a very short (and seemingly rushed) run. It is a bit of an advantage, though, as it makes the story a very quick read.

Ultimately, would I recommend it? On a cautious note, yes. If you can’t stand ecchi manga, don’t bother with this, but if you find you can tolerate it, I would recommend a try.

Scoundrel Scandalous Honey review
I like her heroines, because they're true to their name. They take more action than just melting into embraces! They're fiesty and don't just let hoodlums force themselves on them, they retort to street thugs and they gobble up food someone's food if their own is being stolen from them! Though I really don't know which heroine leaves her drink (offered by a shady sidekick in the first place) unattended!

Anyway, we have Aihara who's a student and model and obviously an attractive piece of meat for boys all over, gentlemanly or otherwise. She happens to catch the eye of this delinquent called Kyou. And she has a bit of a secret infatuation with a very well bred young lad called Hibiki. So since Kyou is apparently head of some street gang, he wants to make Aihara his "woman" and she resists and he asks her to come up with a boyfriend. Hmm, who should we choose to pretend to be our boyfriend for a while. Hmm, that's a doozy. Well, trials and tribulations and plenty of doki doki for Aihara ensue. Though the best part of the story perhaps lies in the surprise, which is really, not something you'd expect! Read chapter 1 to know what I'm talking about.

Artwork's all right. Neither bishi got my pulse racing. Though Aihara looks a little like a 50's ingenue. Nothing novel about the situation, but it's just 5 chapters, you don't expect novel in that much anyway. It's littered with tiny bits of humor here and there, but they don't register unless you're big on sight gags. This is an all right read, though not something you carry with you the next week.

Ojousama no Shimobe review
This review was written as of chapter 30. I will only spoil the præmise and the clichés that all see coming.

The præmise is that our male lead comes from a line of servants of rich families and wants to escape this fate. Alas for whatever reason both parents have independently arranged that an "ozyou-sama" (upper class young female) will be living with our protagonist and he will simultaneously function as their butler, maid, cook and underwear-remover filled with fan-service moments.

Okay so what sets this apart from all the other such stories filled with fan-service? First off our male protagonist is for a change not a complete pushover (does various things under protest however) and also the opposite of oblivious to love and completely perceptive about the his two carees' growing affection for him; he's also not a case of "Let's make this guy look average so the audience can sympathize more" character but as much of a pleaser on the eyes as two ozyou-sama he's supposed to take care of. The m.c. also seems to have a fairly normal teenage-male sex drive and responses to all of the nudity and sexual advances but just think's it's improper and is uncomfortable with and tries to suppress them.

Thus far if we follow the rule that two makes not a harem it's not a harem (yet) with no indication that it'll be one but more so a triangle for attention and love.

So onto the two ozyou-sama: it's actually a rare case where I personally like both æqually: the first is a cute kuudere-type trap-ish character that could have just as easily been a male and really looks like the m.c. with severe developmental lacking that seems to only have learned a week back that such a thing as males even exists and treats them like a curiosity that thus has no concept of shame which frequently finds the character undressed in front of our reluctant servant of two masters. This character is in my opinion absolutely adorable in all his innocence. I would draw some parallels with Masiro Siina from Sakurasou in how without any prætentiousness and disregard for social appropriateness this character expresses affection towards the main character as well as how this character literally can't dress himself at the start relying on the m.c. to do so who is even more uncomfortable with this idea than Sorata was.

The second one is your spoilt, rich, haughty tundere-type character that transparently from the start tries to hide his affections and desire to be special for the m.c.(, and as said for a change the m.c. hasn't a blind spot for this and sees right through like any sane man would) — apparently the m.c. knew this character from way back after being selected as playmate when they were very young and this character retained some crush on the m.c. ever since. This character has developed a one-sided rivalry with the former for the m.c.'s affections and definitely possesses a sense of shame and cultural awareness of nudity but (reluctantly )undresses in front of the m.c. anyway out of a believe that he needs to do this to compete with the former. The tundere-act in my opinion is actually very well done and makes the character endearing.

There's also a fourth character around that is not as prominent that is a live-in maid of the second ozyou-sama that's there to teach the m.c. the ropes. He occasionally pops up and is also completely aware of the complex love situation and enjoys adding fuel to the fire and watch it burn. This character also sometimes makes some vague sexual advances to the m.c. but more so seems to do it to make the m.c. uncomfortable if anything and has no serious intentions. This is the only character I personally have no real aesthetic response to.

Plot? There is obviously no real plot; there's some chaos of the week that gets resolved but the relationships between the characters do absolutely grow and they grow as people; it's definitely not a status-quo-ante series but it's very slice-of-life.

Humor? It made me laugh a couple of times — most of the humor is of course fan-service and sex related but some of it is pretty funny.

Art? Very good, the expressions are done well and all the characters are very pleasing for the eye.

Characters? The characters aren't super complicated with complex motivations but they're very endearing and I like all of them.

So at the end it's your basic love-complication-fighting-for-attention series but I feel it does enough differently in a see of such things and other things simply better that at the very least it sits somewhere at the top 15% of such series.

I would also argue that outright skipping chapters 06, 09, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 18, 19, 20, 23 provides a better story from a purely narrative perspective as these chapters are filler that don't tie into the overarching story.

Arachnid review
Let me start by saying that I really did try to enjoy this manga. Let me follow that statement up by saying that after reading up to the 5th volume that I can't put up with this manga anymore.

Art:
Probably one of the few things that kept me reading the manga, it may not be that groundbreaking but it's really well done. Clean edges, nice proportions (a little bit of fan service too) and frankly pretty interesting character design gave this piece a really good look to it. I suppose then that it's a shame that the plot, characters and everything else about this manga is a poorly written and executed bundle of cliches.

Characters:
Other than the visual design of the characters, which once again aren't actually groundbreaking in any fashion, they're actually pretty terrible. Many characters in the manga appear in a purely antagonistic fashion and never truly get any sense, reasoning or motive as why they are actually doing the things they are other than the very blank reasoning of "I am with the organization" which got old after the first 4 people turned up and did it. The protag in this case isn't terrible and her reasoning while being extremely flawed and frankly stupid, is at least grounded in an exaggerated reality.

Plot:
Literally, this is actually most of the reason that I've given the manga such a low score. Poor writing and planning on how to introduce, characterize and flesh-out the more interesting people in the manga lead this to feel like nothing but a mish-mash of interesting plot-hooks and terrible cliches. Reasoning in this world is non-exsistant as many people just straight up do not seem to have any reason to do anything in this world and only seem to be there to push this manga "forward" (where ever that is because in 5 volumes I still don't know what it wants)

Overall:
Great character design, an interesting premise and strong artistic skills makes me sad that this manga is (in my own opinion, at least) pretty bad.
