When creating a story, there should always be a goal in mind. Perhaps it is to provide a new viewpoint on an event, or on life in general. It could be to inspire the imagination of others. It could be moving people's hearts. Whatever the writer's goal is, it is that goal that compels a story to transcend, and become something well known and memorable. So when dealing with such sore subject matter as the Nazis and what they stood for, things must be approached in a genteel manner in order for your story to reach its goal. If your goal is to give insight into the Nazi perspective, you must go deep, be compelling, and as clear as possible (at least I feel that is necessary for people to take a work like this seriously.)

This oneshot is not deep, compelling, or very clear on anything. The main focal points of this story are 2 gay Nazis and a young Nazi who sold out his parents for the "cause". However, the gay relationship is never explained nor looked at too deeply, and the young Nazi's story is glossed over and then more or less thrown aside for another shounen ai scene. Whatever the author was trying to convey is beyond me.

The characters are one dimensional and their actions hardly even make sense. And I don't mean because they are Nazis and think differently than other people. On top of that, the conversations jump back and forth and degrade into useless blabber.

The art is the only okay thing about this, and that's not a good thing since the art is barely average quality. The backgrounds are simple, and while the character designs are actually decent, the actual art falls short of realizing the intended designs.

Rather you like controversial things, or are interested in seeing things through a different viewpoint, or just want something interesting to read, I can't recommend this to anyone for any of those things. This is a confusing and purposeless piece of storytelling that goes nowhere and will leave you questioning why you bothered wasting your time.

Crime Zone has a pretty weak main character that seems to be in tears most of the time, but he is put through a lot very quickly. The story isn't super gory, but there are lots of bloody moments. The story line is interesting and intense. The battles take up a fair chunk of the story and the characters are merciless. It's a story where you will bite your nails in shock at some of the extreme moments. It's a good story if you like a strong, determined female character and a normal guy thrust into a crazy situation. I can't wait for more chapters!

This story hits all my sweet spots.

I love the Delinquent girl character type. Especially when they're big softies ( Although Tsundere Delinquents aren't a bad choice either) I also love the nice and perfect character but actually a facade and is the really cynical type of character.

So, Finding a story where the two of them are put together in no less a Yuri story ( Yuri is the best romance type) It seems this story was made for me. Then I see it has over 40 chapters... I then learn only 6 of them are translated at the moment.

I do like this. I just wish the chapters were longer. The two characters together are awesome.

I hope we get more of this. I'd love to see this as an anime, to be honest.

You have no idea how long I've been waiting for something like this

It's like a best of both worlds between a doujin/hentai and manga/anime

+wincest (something that is done half assedly on manga #it is always step siblings or bad end#)
+art like something you find in manga or really good doujin
+their feelings for each other becomes obvious from title on (ambiguity thrown out)
+focuses on the story without worrying for the page limit (like most doujin cuz half of it needs to be actual action so it ends up skipping a few million steps)

This is like basically everything i was missing

Story and character development is pretty good.

Alternative Synopses:
So this story is about a guy who reincarnated into his own blood line 400 year into the future. He was one of the strongest mage to exist but after his reincarnation, he found the world magic have degraded and more over his family member more of less act like assholes.

I really enjoyed the story due to the way MC shutdown arrogant fools and also his desire to become stronger. Most of the Isekai MC just no purpose or their purpose is just to kill the demon king. MC in this story just want to learn and become stronger because he loves magic. He have an actual goal in his life which he works HARD for. He may be overpowered in magic but he still work hard for other skills.

Moreover art is great, specially MC's mom LOL

After a few chapters in, I got the feeling that the story is kinda going in the same track as Nana to Kaoru, with the similar SM elements and also male lead inferior, female lead unravelled beauty plotline.

What lured me deeper into the story was how the author tackles Kakiguchi's elevating erotic desire for Madoka as conflicts within himself. Personally I enjoy Kakiguchi's character as the weak man with a strong sense of morality.

Pacing was good for the first 40 plus chapters, but have absolutely no clue why the ending was such. Never saw THAT ending coming in a million years, and will leave you wondering why you invested 62 chapters worth of time to read THAT.

My first review, here to give you guys a more positive insight on this manga!

I wouldn't say this is your typical shoujo manga. Granted, it does have some standard shoujo elements, but definitely not blatant enough to call it your standard shoujo crap.

The story isn't stagnant, but paced fast enough to not be boring and make you anticipate what's going to happen next. Disclamer--when you read it, you might know what's gonna happen next. The plot is a bit predictable, but when we disregard that, it's very enjoyable. A lot of shoujo manga is predictable, and yet we continue to read on, amirite?!

I love the characters. Sure, the girl falls in love, but it's how it's written that matters. There is actually some form of character progression happening in this; not the stagnant, bland characters that are usually shown that fall in love. Hitsuji tries to learn from her mistakes and shortcomings and does her best to become better, and be a proper girl. And as for our male lead, Fujiwara-kun--love him. He gives ridiculously good advice that really resonated with me, and may even resonate with you. He counsels Hitsuji with this advice and helps her to grow as a character. She takes his advice well, and recognizes when he's right. There aren't too many misunderstandings that destroy the world, and when there are any, they're resolved rather quickly. The two leads are rather honest with each other. Fujiwara isn't dumb either. He's the intuitive type who can read her like an open book and give advice when she needs it, in his own way, not being too out-of-character.

It seems to be staying at this good balance, and hopefully will not be caught up in too many shoujo elements.

If you're wondering whether to read Jackals, Priest, Red Soul or Dark Mage, well I've read them all and I'll have to say: Dark Mage has by far the best art out of all of them. By far. The character design is just so much better it's not even funny. Now obviously, when 99% of the manga on the market is just stupid bug-eyed moeshit, the bar is set kinda low. So when I was going through these manga the first time round, I just thought "good art" and didn't think to compare them. Now that I've re-read them and compared their art, the difference is just staggering. Dark Mage has by far the best art out of the lot.

Also the action is quite good and the plot is enjoyable. Unfortunately it is cancelled so I can't really comment further on the plot. It looked really promising though.

With a title like Hallucination from the Womb, you know you are in for a strange experience. Like a siren from ancient myths, it will grab your attention, and then probably drown your brain-cells if you get too close to it. Similar to modern art, some stories appeal to readers by asking them to insert their own interpretation. If you love to immerse yourself and analyze the details of a story, then this manga might just be for you.

The reader will be treated to several fascinating short stories involving the citizens of Shell City, a futuristic yet decaying setting. Undead will rise, children will be kidnapped, people will be cloned, and that is just a minor taste of what this anthology contains. After finishing all the short stories, it may be hard to pin-point what the manga is truly about. Twisted love, death, pedophilia, regrets, obsession, one can find many themes on full display. Jumping up and down like a spastic kid that just made his first puzzle in art-class, the stories are just vague enough to make you curious of what it all means, if there is a solution at all.

Even the title would lead one to believe that there are many double-meanings at play. On the one hand it is called Hallucination from the Womb, but the more literal translation would be Dreams from Shell City. While it is only speculation, the short stories seem to be labelled as dreams and hallucinations, and the city which they all take place in is meant to symbolize a womb.

The manga's most notable downside is the artwork. While it lends itself well to the style of the crumbling city, and its downtrodden characters, the author tends to recycle the exact same character-designs over and over again. Whether it was intentional or not, making it hard to distinguish characters from each other did not help the overall story.

Ultimately, being so open for interpretation makes Hallucination from the Womb difficult to judge, and it is certainly not for everybody. Being strange is however the nature of this beast, and it’s a trait that will make it inexplicably enjoyable for some.

A short but very good yakuza story.

The main character seems to be a newbie or rather a freelance yakuza aiming to get recognized as a clan member by committing certain crime, but he fails in his attempt, and so the hunting begins. He must escape with his friend and his pregnant girlfriend from the yakuza clan that had ordered the failed hit.

The story is good, so are the characters, especially given that the manga is so short. The ending is mind-blowing.

The art is great (it represents successfully the adrenaline of the plot). Good character design, especially the two main characters.

I only wish it would have last I little longer.
