Me, several dozens chapters into a manga literally called Chichi Chichi and so far has had incest, rape as comedy, age play, hypnosis, an adult male character who looks like a child and is explicitly said to look like one, and the line "I was suddenly wearing a diaper, and your sister was insulting me while giving me a titty fuck" : maybe manga bad?

Without the rape as comedy, incest, and a main character that is pretty much the male equivalent of a 100 year demon who looks like a young girl, I could get it as an OK harem hentai manga where the plot never really goes anywhere outside of adding more women for the main character to have sex with

If you're looking for something nice to read at night when you're all alone and feeling in a certain mood, this one isn't it. The bare breasts are largely ignorable especially if you're reading it straight, be prepared to get desensitized real quick.

Boobies aside, the story is very bland, characters don't get a lot of development, and nothing in this story is relatable. Isekai Onsen gives the impression that someone had a funny idea and wanted to execute it for the lolz, and that after it was made, a plot and characters was needed so the most basic cookie cutter ones were dropped in.

On a positive note, watching the protagonist grow as an onsen was very enjoyable in the beginning, and this isn't a long read so if you want to just binge the manga and kill some time, feel free.

When I began reading this manga, it had already finished, so when I saw it only had 11 chapters I expected a fairly light read. This expectation was turned on its head completely. Right from the get-go the author begins to tackle heavy themes like childhood trauma and later on what it means to be human. There are stories that can pull off such strong themes in a short time, but this was sadly not one of them. For the majority of the time the story felt rushed and the last 3 chapters just jumped from twist to convoluted twist, ending up only confusing itself.

The art however is gorgeous, for the most part. In many places it reminds me of the style of CLAMP, with a shoujo-manga style which lends itself well to this story. The main dolls in particular show great detail in their design. I sing such high praise, but having looked at some of the artist’s other work, it definitely seems rushed on many pages, which is unfortunate.

The characters are well defined for the amount of development they get, but they nonetheless lack any depth. This in itself is not a problem for the dolls as a stylistic choice, but the human characters needed more fleshing out. The protagonist begins quite strong, but as the pages go by she begins to fall apart, changing her entire mindset at the drop of a hat. In my opinion this is mainly an issue with the overall length of the manga.

I can’t say this manga is my usual reading material, but I was venturing into unknown literary territory on purpose. This did bring my personal enjoyment of it down a bit. The concepts in Paperweight Eye were interesting, but lacked the time to be explored to their full potential. This in particular severely hampered my enjoyment.

I honestly can’t recommend this manga to very many people, since I feel it’s a rather incomplete work. The strongest point is the art, but for that there are plenty of manga that do it just as well while combined with a stronger story and characters.

This review will be a bit shorter than others because there isn't much substance to the manga. The manga in question is chaosic rune, a dark and edgy take on the card game genre. Forget Yu-Gi-Oh. Forget future card buddy fight. Chaosic rune pulls readers into a Trainwreck of edge and never looks back.

We have our hero ryouga who's parents died in a plane crash several years ago and he was the only survivor. He gets bullied at school because of false rumors that he the corpses of his parents. He doesn't let it get to him as he has more important things to worry about. He accepts an offer from a strange man to transfer to a new "school" but it turns out that the school is actually a deadly institution. There he meet other victims who are given mystical cards that can summon monsters. The goal: fight to the death.

I'll be blunt. Chaosic rune is not an engaging manga with a good story and cool characters. The main appeal of it is the monster battles. It was fun reading a manga that made a grimdark version of cardgames written with the level of class you would expect from a middle school boy. Blood, Carnage and nudity are rampant in almost every chapter and that's what I'm here for. The main character has a dragon called death rex that can erase people from existence. The series mainly consists of a string of bloody battle involving Gore and dismemberment. Only read it if you want to pass the time with something edgy.

Plus, the monster designs are pretty cool.

It is one of the most SICK, disgusting mangas i have ever had the misfortune of reading. It is repulsive, and heck, even SCARY, that a story this horrifying could be imagined, drawn, approved of, and published by people. The men are immature A grade assholes with embarrasingly pathetic excuses for their actions and similarily, the woman are insane. They are tricked, deceived, lied to and treated like filth, and then with one kiss they are instantly head over heels, super-duper in love. It is freaky and utterly incomprehensible to see them fall in love with people who make their life miserable and toy with them. They are not masochists, they are mentally ill. They do not behave like human beings capable of intelligent thought.

And what's more is the way the series acts like the whole thing isn't such a big deal, and of course she would forgive him, why wouldn't she like being the dog of an incredible asshole? If someone, any one of the characters, had at least mentioned that it was strange/twisted/shocking thing for them to end up together, I could have accepted it, but the series has the nerve to try to sell itself as a normal, romantic, funny smut manga, without -forget addressing- even ACKNOWLEDGING the dark, disturbing themes it contains. This manga should be tagged under nothing short of horror, and its author sent to a mental rehabillitaion center.

This is the story about a boy and his two cousins that seek to collect all 99 "witchcrafts" in order to be granted a wish. The witchcrafts are objects with supernatural powers that roam the Earth. From crosses, to medieval armours, all 99 of them must be defeated in order to collect them.
Everyone going after the witchcrafts has their own wish and are driven by their own desires, from saving a loved one, to eternal power.

Lapis Lazuli felt like a prequel or a short glimpse of the light novels. There's not much background story to begin with other than the main character's witch bloodline and family history.
The premise of "collect 99 witchcrafts and a wish will be granted" is there, but 11 chapters are definitely not enough to cover the collections of all of them.

The 11 chapters cover a single witchcraft and relies heavily on the ecchi situations around the main character's harem. Oh, and did I mention that his harem involves his two younger cousins?
There's not much character development apart from his motivation to protect his family.

The Art is good at best. Probably the best feature of the manga. The character designs are pretty, specially the antagonist of the story.

Overall this manga is a major letdown. Not a fresh story by all means but it could have been developed further to create an even more interesting story.

PERFECT PERFECT JUST PERFECT I will reread this till the day I die. It has a great plot, and I think the small amount of supernatural ties readers in quite nicely. Its one of those stories that I think I would hear as a fairy tale. I also like how the author managed to make it something you keep reading by making it at first from the perspective of a 14 year old, but by the end of it being a 16ish year old (grow with the story). I have yet to purchase any of the volumes T.T but I really want to and can hardly wait!! :D

Fureru to Kikoeru is unique, interesting, and even surprising at points. The series shows some strong plotting and character development. Its two main flaws are the Protagonist -- who's blander than a smoothie made out of vanilla icecream and saw dust -- and the ending, that hits you suddenly. Or rather, it arrives suddenly and then is just... there. Because "hit" is too strong a word.

Don't worry, there are no spoilers ahead.

It's not a bad ending, it won't leave you in a cliffhanger or wandering what the hell just happen, but it feels token. Like the author went "welp, I'm bored!" before tying the whole story up in three chapters. Still, by then the story was dragging anyway, so it was for the better.

But life is about the journey, not the destination, and on its way to its OK ending Fureru to Kikoeru has charm to spare, from the art, to characters, even some of its morality and philosophy. So if you've got yourself a few free hours and nothing else to read, this one is definetly worth a check. It won't blow your mind at each chapter, but it'll stick with you.

Let me say this first, Saying this series is exactly like Hellsing isn't true, while it does have the feel, but Stories aren't the same. It does have two characters that remind you of two characters in Hellsing but overall, everything is original.

The Story is kinda lacking especially since its feel like there should have been more but sadly there isn't "for reasons". Its very interesting but it may leave people confused

Battles are awesome, and the World is very interesting. Jin-Ho, really out done himself with them

If you can look past some hiccups and enjoy some really cool battles, characters and world. You'll like this manga. If you like Supernatural mangas like Princess Resurrection, Hellsing, and etc, then give it read. The Story may be lacking a bit for some, but its a good read

It's not the first time-travel/reincarnation manga I've read, oh no. I spent hours and days searching through this genre but sadly about 80% of them are harem, which is NOT my cup of tea. But then I found this little gem!

The story is anything but original but what I really like about this manga is how the (of course OP) main character is acting in his situation.
The story has a slightly darker feel to it than what I'm used to in this genre and I really like it.
It also feels more emotional compared to other stories I've read in this genre, where the MC's were all quite indifferent to their situation. It makes the MC feel more alive.

There were even a few surprises here and there were I thought "Thank god he's not as stupid as most MC's"

Art is also really nice and it definitely has great potential!
