I liked it starting from the first site on: Even through the art of this manga might look simple at first, the power is especially in fighting scenes coming out perfectly and for every situation pretty well fitting. A little bad point at first: you may have to read it 2 or 3 times before you really get the story, but after all, it really makes scence. Different to many mangas mostly showing fights, the faces are full of emotions and are everytime reflecting very well the characters speaches and thoughts. And that's also the really best point of it: the characters. Every single one is perfectly interduced, with his detailed history and all parts of his character, likes, dislikes and while at others just the main figures are totally showed, here even smaller roles are fully shown and reflected, why they act like they do. Also awesome is how the characters are linked with each other: there are no ones who aren't somehow linked with at least 1 or 2 of the others what makes it a very complex thing. While reading the manga, you'll flow everytime with the emotions of the characters. i actually cried, especially at the end of volume 5. the sad but also the happy scenes come over so perfectly that it's impossible not to feel with the characters and it's everytime amazing how the author makes it possible to make everytime when you think you got all the mysterious things to come up with something new. I wasn't able to put it out of my hand before finishing it, while i have to say that there is a big whole between the first 2 and the other 3 volumes: the first two are like a typical adventure and relatively light. the other three are totally different, and also the main story does fully start first in volume 3. but that's not bad, after all it is also a good point for the manga: it isn't all the same and brings a lot of fun.
i can really recommend this manga to everyone who wants to read a good story combining shojo and action in a perfect way.
