Solo Leveling review

As you may see, i rated everything a 10/10. Thats how much of an impact this manhwa had on me.

This was the first manhwa i ever read, and it has shown me the beauty of manhwas.

The story? It's just great, since the beginning, it was obvious Sung Jin-Woo IS gonna become the most powerful hunter, but i still wanted to read more and more with each chapter and i basically became drunk on the story.

In a world where there are monsters and people become so called: "hunters" and where you have guilds and dungeons and everything is like in a game. But for Sung Jin-Woo, it basically became a game.

Sung Jin-Woo, the protagonist, is the weakest of them all. He is called "The Weakest Hunter" and is just getting beaten up, because he needs to pay for his mother's medical bills (she is ill and has been in a coma for 4 years). He goes into a dungeon where sh*t breaks lose, almost everyone dies and the survivors run away, leaving Sung behind. He sacrifices himself, and for that he earns the power of the "system", which basically makes his life a game. He levels up, he has an inventory, he has stats, stat points, etc. and his objective is to become the strongest hunter and face the horror again. But when he reaches this place, will it still be a horror?

Sung Jin-Woo isn't your typical "Weakling becomes way too OP to give a frick" type of MC. He is really really strong, that is true, but his power depends solely on the system, without it, he is just a mere weak E-rank hunter, The Weakest. He constantly levels up, and its so much fun to see all the jokes and its so enjoying for me to see him progressing.

Art is AMAZING. I love manhwas for the fact that they are colorized, and i love the style of this manga and the look of every character so much. Every character felt like their appearances make sense and they should be like that.

Characters? Well, this manhwa has some "fan service", but not in a wrong way. The waifus are everywhere, there are tons of girls to pick from, and every single one has their moments, or at least one. Every character so far has a personality that in a way makes you either love or hate the character, and it all just makes sense and is so well written.

My enjoyment as said was BEYOND OUTSTANDING, like, if i could i would give enjoyment even a 100/100. I know i'm really overrating this, but its just how i feel. In these 137 chapters that has been released so far (31.1.2021) i have not been bored in ANY of these and i can't wait for more.

Final Word/TLDR: I would recommend this to anyone. I had so much fun reading through this and its still publishing, so if my final thoughts change, i'll update this review, but for now, it's a solid 10/10 and i recommend it to everyone reading this.
