Early Bleach was great, but it eventually became redundantly redundant.
The story is at the same time very simple, and very complex. The plot is nothing very impressive, but the whole story behind it and the detail and put in it is really impressive and the result is definitely great.

The characters in Bleach are pretty cool and the fight scenes are very interesting and creative. Surprisingly, the main characters of Bleach are ok, and the side characters are really awesome and each one of them should have their own spin-offs. They all have very interesting designs and cool clothes (DAMNIT KUBO! Stop doing manga and become a fashion designer, I'll wear anything you draw!)

On the downside, as I said earlier, Bleach becomes bad, if not terrible, after a while and it seems the effort put in it is slowly fading. In the recent chapters, very little happens, useless dialogue and the backgrounds are missing. Bleach is definitely overrated, but it's still a fun ride in the beginning.

(I put 9 in enjoyment because it truly is a great manga in the beginning.)
