This is like a copy of Nisekoi but with much worse characters development and the story of a liar.

The art is actually good and enjoyable, characters are cute, but in the same time, so plain; a tsundere, a rival with poor health and a tsundere's maid. Doesn't it sound similar to some specific popular manga? And in the future, the author may add more complex for this manga.

As you have noticed that it is also tagged as harem, so the MC must meet many girls and have some love complex with them. But this guy is really a cruel dude. He somehow reminds me of the MC of the School Days (you should watch it once in your life); indecisive and his actions affect others in many ways. I sense that Makabe's actions are going to corrupt every of these girls, especially Aki Adagaki. I pity this girl so much, she deserves better than this mess. In the anime she really was distasteful and rude, but actually she is so pure and innocent in the manga. She's not even the one to be blamed for Makabe's change.

I think the only interesting point for me is the truth behind Makabe's triggered childhood.

Maybe the author wants it to be as popular and interesting as Nisekoi but can't manage the plot and somehow it lost the way and becomes just a dull plain plot. As someone who watched the anime adaptation before, I would say I expect more.
