I would recommend this to anyone that wishes to continue on after watching the anime, whether you were disappointed by the ending or not. I personally disliked it, and I can definitely say reading this put me at ease.

As of this review, this is only my 2nd manga of all time, so I do not have much to compare it to. However, judging from overall enjoyment & what I've read thus far, I believe a 7/10 is an honest, fair rating.

Also, I would say pass on this if you're looking for actual "revenge" to take place. I personally am fine with "Masamune-kun's Revenge" not having any revenge(as of now), but I'm sure some might not be happy with that.
