This story was very cute and quite concise, in a good way, at 8 chapters. One thing that really stuck out to me was the background art--normally it's quite generic in these sorts of short manga, but it was very detailed. Detailed enough that as someone who lives in Kanagawa Prefecture, I was immediately able to place 9 out of 10 backgrounds to a specific location! Most of this manga takes place in Kamakura, though the Enoshima Aquarium makes a cameo as well.
Overall, it's a sweet, short story that did quite well for its premise of a character looking like the other's dead lover. It even managed to address the feelings of all involved in that incident, which is a feat for only having 8 chapters to narrate a romance. As an LGBT+ reader, it's certainly an idealized situation, but it held to be mostly realistic otherwise. Definitely recommend!
