Tonari no Atashi review

Ok, the story was cute, down to earth, twisting and exciting. But, I never had thought that, the ending was the way it was. I hated it, it made no sense. She loves 2 guys at the same time and is indecisive of which guy she wants to be with. So she happens to run in with the ex of Kyouskye and she twists this little girls head into thinking that she should give miyaki another "try". Really? Come on, I know I really wouldn't have been able to make a decision if I was in that kind of position if I loved 2 girls and I couldn't decide on which to choose to be with, which would result in the possible outcome for the rest of my life but come on. The still have a lot of story to be fleshing out. I am a soon-to-be upcoming script writer and animator, and I know that this can be fleshed out much more. There is this thing called an after story. Clannad did one. So why not have an after story for Tonari no Atashi?

Its not bad but I wasn't happy with the ending. Its a biased reason because I didn't like who she settled on, even though I knew that the story might end the way it did. But to be honest, I love the story, I've been up 24 hours reading all of it while doing chores, school, and spending time with friends. The story is not bad, its a masterpiece. One of the best I have seen, but a masterpiece that could be continued on till they all have a happy ending, most likely it will happen after high school. This deserves a happy ending. I think that we can all agree that there should be more volumes out.

I have read 38, the site says that there is 40 but I checked the webs but there is only 38, and 38.1 and 38.2. Not 40. If there is I would be happy to be corrected. This is my first review I have given and I hope I sound polite and not rude. I've been up for over 24 hours straight, so please give me a tad break. :) I will also be happy for any suggestions to make better reviews and I hope to make more friends.
