Shoujo Manga. Manga written for the reading pleasure of the female population of the world. Honey Hunt is typical shoujo. It gets the reader excited and makes their heart flutter in certain parts. It makes the reader wish that she were the female protagonist. It involves a lot of romance, in this case, the female protagonist is surrounded by three capable and very good looking men who want her. The good thing about the story which is why I gave it an 8 is that it has interesting characters. I liked how the antagonist is actually the female protagonist's mother, it's complex in a way that the mom and daughter can't hate each other openly because of their public image. The three good looking male love interests is the icing on the cake. Two are brothers (twins), the other seems rough, rude and mean but actually honestly likes the girl, the other is kind and gentle but has hidden motives, the third is my personal favorite, the manager who takes the female lead under his wing and tries to help her with her career. I enjoyed how the romance is quite complicated. All the male love interests have internal conflicts which is why they can't simply love the girl. Since it's a shoujo manga, all the emotional turmoils of the characters are written out and is highly entertaining. I love Shachou (manager)! Kyaaaah! XD I just had to say that again! Read it and you'd know why.
