Princess Lucia review

This is an incredibly standard harem romcom with a tsundere as the lead. Still, while it isn't terribly unique, it was pretty good for what it was. While there isn't really much in the way of character development, and relationship development is actually pretty weak for the genre, where it does succeed is that it has a lot of interesting characters, wherein despite having so many, they all seem to work together and there's no feeling of them being underdeveloped for the most part. In terms of plot, it is underdeveloped though, in that it doesn't really go anywhere for most of the manga. Rather than an overarching narrative, it's more like a set of loosely related episodes, and in the end while it does get a bit intense and there are cool moments, it was rushed and the way things end up is somewhat weak. Still, the individual episodes while not contributing much to an overarching narrative, did contribute to a common theme of unity between the various factions around Yuta, and it does a pretty good job of following that all the way to the end. Furthermore, these individual episodes in and of themselves were pretty amusing with some solid comedy. The art was also really good.

tl;dr: A standard but solid rom-com.
