It was extremely edgy from start to finish...
The art was beautiful though. the character designs of the Angels were ethereal and breath-taking. They looked beautiful and terrifying at the same time, which makes sense for a higher being.
The battle mechanics of this "battle Royale" was very refreshing as it featured fresh original ideas and concepts
However that's everything good that can be said about this work... the rest of the manga was rather mediocre in terms of depth and it featured rather shallow, surface-leveled character development, where some characters had personalities equivalent to cardboard.
But The ending was something I did not expect redeemed all the bad writing and made reading this work worth it in my opinion
