Aa i'm not going to write much but i love x3 Mairimashita Iruma-kun! :D I'd say the highlight of this series is the characters and their dynamics! There are tons of hilarious interactions between them, which really bring life to the series. The series spends a lot of time developping the main cast, and even their families are introduced. Their designs are amazing as well! The dilemmas caused by Iruma's pushover personality are always fun. Oh,, and the antagonist. He's uh- i n t e r e s t i n g...

The art is visually appealing, and only gets better! The character expressions are drawn so well :,0

Hmm.. story-wise it's a bit complicated. It's not exactly a typical shounen? The actual fights are pretty sparse, and Iruma isn't really looking to get much stronger (as in he's not actively training for any specific goal),, he just wants to spend time with friends and not get eaten :,D Anyways, the story arcs are rather diverse, ranging from a school tournament to an idol concert. Surprisingly, although seemingly random, the arcs all contribute to the worldbuilding and setting! The only reason I'm rating the story a 9/10 instead of a 10/10 is that although we know the antagonist is doing something behind the scenes, it will probably take ages for the antagonist and Iruma to have a proper confrontation. Though, considering the awesome content we're getting in the meantime, I definitely don't mind too much ><

To conclude, I love Mairimashita Iruma-kun! If you're looking for a standard and intense shounen/action series, it's probably not for you, as most of the time this manga is lighthearted. However, if you're looking for a laugh, great fantasy worldbuild and characters, I 100% recommend it!
