Great manga if you want to be happy and have fuzzy feelings.

Major spoilers ahead

Story : 8

The premise of a spoiled boy try to beat an unjudgemental girl who is better than him at school got me at the start. I haven't read too many romance manga so I don't really know if it was cliche or not. After that, I found Yanagi (the boy, now in college) and Kujou (the girl) slowly realizing their feelings really suspenseful and cute.

So why did I give the story an 8?
- I'm not saying that the pace was slow, but rather that I regretted not seeing more of the couple after they learned about each other's feelings. (Which was at the end)
- This goes with my previous point, but ending the manga with a wedding and a timeskip of 7 years was confusing. I would have liked to see the proposal, and I'm rather confused by the characters not having evolved since college.
- (come on more scenes of Yanagi with Kujou)

Art : 10

The art wasn't outstanding in the way that it was masterfully skillful, but because it was enjoyable. Let me explain:

First, the non-character art: I didn't pay enough attention to it to remember how it was drawn, but that isn't the point. The outstanding thing was how well it placed me inside the story and how much it set the atmosphere. Feeling>Detail(Maybe I have low standards and strange demands)

Now, the character art: (low standards again) What I look for in character art is something that I mistake for being real. I don't mean in the resolution, shading and such, but if it feels natural. This is definitely not a good comparison, but say let's bring One Piece's Nami, she just looks like a plastic doll to me (I enjoyed One Piece so no grudges). How does character art feel natural to me in manga?

- Eyes good position on face (not too far apart, not too squishing the mouth (although that's cute I don't want it to be how they are mainly represented))
- Eyes round shape (no rectangle eyes)
- Eyes detailed (no need for anything tedious to make, just make them pleasant to look at (unlike Luffy's (sorry OP again))
- No huge breasts
- This will sound shallow of me but I liked that the girls' faces had more emphasis on their cuteness than their bodies
Bonus:
- Flowy, "translucent" hair (not literally that, but the feeling of it being like that)

Characters : 9

For the 2 main characters, I found both their convictions thoughtful, realistic and admirable; Kujou working hard for the sake of her mother and Yanagi wanting to excel in competition. However, there was one thing I was displeased of: Kujou being somewhat cold to Yanagi at their wedding even though they had been a couple for 7 years.

For the side characters, I have differing thoughts.
- I didn't like Souma and Momoka meddling with Yanagi and Kujou's relationship (they are both pretty, why do they gotta annoy Yanagi any further)
- Shiori, you could've helped them a bit more, ya know?
- Yanagi's family and Kujou's were comforting

Even if you could think that the characters were shallow, I think that they were detailed enough for the sake of the story and romance, although peering into their thoughts a bit more could've been interesting.

Enjoyment : 10

Even though some side characters were really annoying, the crafting of the relationship between Yanagi and Kujou was really cute and interesting. That's all that mattered. (Also the art was great)

Overall : 10

To be honest, the only important regret I have is that I didn't see enough of Yanagi being together with Kujou after they learned about their mutual feelings, the suspense of seeing them together having fun in a romantic way was a bit unfulfilled. (Especially in the very last chapter when they slept together (practically by accident))

A very enjoyable read for the ones that don't mind feeling all fuzzy on the inside.

(Don't know if this is useful but it took me 8 hours to read straight through without skipping anything)
