Akai Kiri no Naka kara review

There's only three chapters released (or at least translated) right now, so I don't know if the story will get better with time, but from what I have read I'll say this story premise had a lot of potential with poor execution. I liked the idea of a social outcast experiencing the real world for the first time, interacting with others, getting character development etc, but it just blatantly missed the mark. Rwanda escapes from his prison basement and there's no culture shock, he doesn't even get a sunburn from seeing sunlight for the first time lol, he kinda just goes around killing everyone he interacts with. Nothing he does ever has any consequences, and he's gotten no character development at all. Although it's only been three chapters, the story is *extremely* fast-paced (another gripe I had with it...) so at this point he should have shown some sign of struggle or character development or something. The murderings don't even serve any value as shock material because of how often they happen.
