This is one of the best mangas I have ever had the pleasure of reading. The characters felt real and enjoyable, the artwork was FREAKING AMAZING, and the villain, oh ho ho the villain. Seriously, this was one of the best parts of JoJo, everyone had their own goal and desires for the steel ball run race many where selfish even the main character. I don't want to spoil too much so I'll keep this short. the main reason why I gave this a 9 is that, like other JoJo parts, some arcs drag on WAYYY too long and I get extremely bored. Especially when the overall arc is not that interesting at all. This all changes midway through the series though when things start picking up and the story unfolds.

Although I did love this Part. I enjoyed Part 4 more, mainly because of how "mundane" it is as it is set in a quiet little town. I also favored Kira Yoshikage as a Villian more than Funny Valentine.
