Was enjoying the series, especially since I like overpowered MC's. However, somewhere in the middle, the author realized the MC was too overpowered. At first it made sense for the MC to fight and be defeated by more overpowered opponents. Then, he decided to give the MC reasons to be powered down, so much so that he would lost against regular opponents. After the suppressing his powers a lot, I could not continue reading.

There was a side character I liked at the begging because he was a funny, but later he became annoying. The MC's group was hiding from an enemy, the MC was still op'ed at this time, so there was no point of him hiding, but I digress. Anyway, the side characters decided to joke around during this moment and were discovered by the enemy because of his antics. There is a time and place for humor, but this situation was horribly timed. There were other similar incidents that reminded me of Akame ga Kill's horrible timing of humor. Fortunately, the manga here is not as dark, so it did not affect the story as much.
