When I first started Hana to Akuma, I was a little hesitant about it. The moment I finished the very first page though I was hooked, and wanted to read more! Honestly I couldn't stop. When I finished the whole series, I reread it and again and again.
The character development was very well thought of, and placed. Where as most Manga would introduce a character and then you would never see them again for the rest of the story, Hana to Akuma did a very good job on sticking with the plot, and introducing the characters and all of their backgrounds, without diving off on them and wandering around the general plot.
Most people who have read Hana to Akuma generally disagree with the ending. However that's what makes this manga so good. It tells you that impossible loves do work and are not entirely impossible.
For those of you who have not read Hana to Akuma, you are forewarned when reading the manga about what will happen at the end.
I found the ending real and beautiful.
It made me laugh, cry and wish for more.
Honestly I love this manga, its my favorite, definitely in my top ten. A beautiful love story between a demon and a human.
