One of the most underrated mangas ever. The anime was of poor quality and had a low budget, which lowered the expectations of viewers. The storyline in the manga is very complex and dark, yet the mangaka skillfully adds humour and romance at the right times. The story is full of action, tragedy and drama, especially after chapter 90. It is like the Harry Potter of the manga world (the story at times is darker than HP). The art is also very attractive, especially of the characters. Definitely not your typical shoujo manga.
