Sommaire
Karigari Hiroshi is a total robotics geek/genius who really likes this one girl, Marie. He's too shy to ask her out, so he becomes obsessed with creating a perfect android copy of Marie. He succeeds perfectly in creating Marie, an android with the intelligence and heart/emotions of a human and who looks just like Mari (though with different colored hair). Of course, Karigari never really considered the implications of such a thing...

[Reviewing till chapter 13]
O Gawd, spare me the pain!!! This series has been scanlated till chapter 13, so I only have read it till 13. But, this series has 10 volumes and has been adapted into an anime. This series mainly is about an android who has been built to resemble someone her maker likes.

[Mood: Light-Heavy]
{Notable Pickings: Ecchi:7 l Character consistency: 3}

Story:3
Right from the start, an android has been built, never mind that a college kid was the one that built it, even the guy that built it says "You seem different from my programming". Well from then on, whatever happened just made me detest all the characters in the series except Marie, the android, and Mari.

The storyline seems like a "Living with Marie" type. It seemed very slice of life, except with the insertion of Marie, many different things happen. The ecchi parts are way out of place, and at times, they seemed so forcibly inserted that I almost quit reading it. And the whole story seemed very unnatural, and this is only till chapter 13. Right, and some ecchi parts seem like they are from some H series, only with limits.

Art:6
It is normal. Most panels are clear. Expressions are clear but not detailed.

Character:2
I wonder if the mangaka thought carefully about the main guy character's personality well, most of the times he acts like a jerk, but it seemed obvious the mangaka wanted to insert a bit of humanity in him to make him look nice, but it was way unnatural.

The female main character was waaaaaay strange. An android with fully human emotions and acts totally human, is different from her programming, suddenly gained huge strength for no reason, fell in love with her maker for no reason and from the start and so on. But her personality is much more likable than other character in this series, and much more stable.

There seemed to be a few side characters, but none are very noticeable, except for their bad sides.

Enjoyment:1
I was really writhing in pain in some parts of the series that I read. In short, it is too painful to read. Some parts are way ridiculous, and some absolutely made me angry.

Overall:3
Well, I shan't say any more negative stuff about this series.
This series has some good points, like an android concept, although how perfect it is is up to u to decide.

For eng readers, this series has been dropped a few years ago, and imo, rightly so.
