At the end of Meiji Restoration, a girl saint was crucified and burnt alive under persecution.

A century later, Katori and six childhood friends are summoned to her world beyond the nirvana, where they receive the Great Commission: Build a kingdom, and make disciples of all nations.

At every midnight, each of them are randomly given a role out of King/Queen, Noble, and Peasants. As the lowly must obey a higher-up in the hierarchy, can they fight and defeat other nations to conquer the world—before infighting brought up by their own hidden desires breaks them apart?

I don't know why this has a near 7 star rating what.

Do NOT read this manga. I'm pretty sure it was axed, and never gave a proper ending. There's no point in reading it.

Basically, this manga is nothing but good ideas that went to waste used on a poorly written manga that got axed probably not even halfway through. It really did have so many good ideas. If they were more well thought out, this could have been a much better manga.

I think the biggest waste in the series was the Hierarchy idea. Sadly, it was poorly done and thrown out the window by the "end" of the manga. The author could have taken this into two directions. One, they could have made the manga focused on the 7 characters. Forget the other Kingdom's and expanding. Forget the Godlike woman who gave them it. They could have written a character driven drama based purely off of the King idea alone, not changing anything about it, and it'd have had much more potential to be good.

On the flip side, they could have changed the King mechanic where the roles do not change unless something like the peasants rebelling happens. Except, instead of killing the current King, they're thrown to Peasant status, and a new King has to be decided upon. To prevent this from being abused, it could be limited to a certain number of times, or only be done after a set amount of time passes.

Just those changes alone opens up so many more possibilities. Imagine the King leading their subjects to war with other Kingdom's, taken their subjects and expanding their territory as well. That'd open up so many more possibilities as the main Kingdom we follow expands.

The entire manga is full of good ideas like that, and they end up poorly executed, or thrown out the window.

I think the worst part of this was the ending. I'm pretty sure the manga got axed, and the author was forced to wrap it up. That's usually the case for abrupt endings like this. Out of no where, in the middle of the biggest arc yet, the main character is sent to the real world, 6 years pass, and one of the girls come back to the real world and tells him she won. That's it. We don't get to see it, told how it happened, why it happened, and what the result of it was. Nothing but questions without any answers.
