Tsukimizuki Rikai no Tantei Satsujin

TLDR; Increasingly intense plot-twisty who-dunnit that will keep you at the edge of your wheelchair.

What you should expect while reading Tsukimizuki Rikai no Tantei Satsujin:
A consistently engaging and twisting story paced expertly with ecchi comedy, drama, mystery, and horror
Lots of creepy art wow spooky
Confusing boners
(end of chapter) "Oh damn, what?"
(beginning of next chapter) "Oh okay."
(halfway through same chapter) "WAIT WHAT OK"

I've been pretty disappointed by mystery and mystery/horror series I've tried to read recently, and honestly this one kinda screwed my chances of liking future ones. I haven't felt this consistently interested and engaged reading something in a while.

The writing is clever in that it constantly challenges your expectations and makes you reconsider what you think you know about the characters, plot, and the inevitable conclusion.

There are definitely elements and creative decisions that some people won't like, but overall this was among my best manga reading experiences. Highly recommended.
