Countrouble is a short manga, somehow lacking in content but still quite a bit enjoyable to read. What a shame it tended to rush a bit too quickly though, with some characters even left on stand-by.

Story: 6/10

An usual stuff we got here: the main character Matsushiro Kouta has nothing special, and is just an average guy you can see everywhere, seduced by the seemingly cool and distant Yoshizawa Akino, unaware of what truly lies behind that face.
Since he isn't good at anything in specific, he has to rely on an exterior source (an angel's magic), actually not really trustworthy but at the same time triggering his growth of dealing his personal issue on his own.

Art: 7/10

Pretty casual art with some drama stuff being well depicted, but unfortunately often not with the attended results. I mean, the latter is not scaling well with the drama at numerous times. Even if it is not, it still makes you astonished because you generally don't expect events to turn out the way you expected to from seeing the characters' sensitiveness being illustrated (not restricted to the MCs).

Character 6/10

Apart from Kouta and Akino who are what you are used to see, the only character I trulyenjoyed seeing was Masato (being at the same time Kouta's inspiration despite only being a supporting character...) and not just because of himself being a male tsundere. In spite of having his own sensitiveness, he is fine with the way things are, as long as people don't lie to him (or what I call someone being insincere in this case). But unfortunately, he is being left out after his own supporting story (with just a very few recurrent appearances) and the main plot is again centred around the MCs. I don't particularly hate the others, I'm just saying Masato was quite the original guy to see in this manga, for a change in this kind of stories.

Enjoyment: 7/10

All that being said, the manga was quite fun to read (rather short but it's better than something being forcibly filled, added) in a forced way. It's a story with probably a really new set of supportive characters.

Overall: 6/10

I enjoy this manga but not really not that crazy about it either. If you are looking for something in which the chapters come quickly one after another all while being linked together, you may like reading Countrouble.
