Agravity Boys review

This manga has an all male, handsome cast and centers around male friendship. The fact that one of the boys looks like a girl is a recurring and **important** theme. There are frequently boy's love/yaoi/ecchi jokes. It is heavy on gag rather than deep storytelling and the characters often act idiotically. Many of the chapters are episodic and character-driven.

These are the most vital things that will determine whether you like this manga - if you are very averse to one of these things you'll probably not like it.

On the flip side, if you DO like these things you'll probably love it.

Story - 8:
Many of the chapters are more episodic, but lately there have been more little stories that span 2 or more chapters. In particular, the last few chapters as of writing this (chapters 10-12) seem to be the start of a longer story.

Art - 9
The art is great. The scenery of the planet looks quite nice. Best of all, the characters are very very expressive - there are several memorable expressions that may stick with you. The character themselves each have a distinctive, memorable design.

Character - 8:
Most of the characters are colorful, energetic and jump out at you, especially the characters that the manga starts with. Only one of the newly introduce characters really stands out, however.

I think the biggest problem is the amount of overlap in the personalities of some of the characters, with the exception of Chris and Grislow, but this may change later on. It is easy to want to learn more about these characters, though, which speaks to their distinct designs and interactions with each other.

Overall - 9:
The first paragraph of this review will be the most important determinant for deciding whether you should start this or will like it. If the elements in that paragraph sound like a good time to you, this manga does a good job at employing those elements, and you'll probably really enjoy your time reading.
