Well, it has the one characteristic that makes myself too an ancient fossil in today's world... The story is not *about* the main character. Where is she from and what do others think of her? Who cares. She has interests and hobbies and obsessions and dreams and desires. That's what matters. She doesn't even want to be a villain, or to fight the heroes. But she finds out that by breaking all the rules of what she's supposed to do and how, she can instead use the position dumped on her to fullfill her own desires. And those desires are to molest all the magical girls that she comes across. Magnificent.
