Acony review
This is my second review, so I'm not exactly an expert, but I'll try my best.
Story (7/10) While very much of the manga is made up of the characters' random misshaps and adventures, there is an actual plot to the story: the two main characters (Acony and Motomi) are on the hunt for Acony's mother who disappeared after an accident occured in her laboratory. It may get confusing at times, but it will definetely keep you interested and everything will make sense in the end. Art (8/10) Overall, the art is very simple and somewhat basic; however, a lot of detail is put into drawing the apartment building and its garden (where a vast majority of the story takes place) Characters (9/10) The characters are my favorite part of any anime or manga, and after reading this, I was definetely not disappointed. The writer takes time to introduce and slowly reveal more about each of the tenants who live in this supernatural apartment, and they were all unique and original. From the transforming, Mrs. Misono; the swordsman, Froggie; and our main characters: Motomi and Acony, all of the characters are wonderful. Enjoyment (10/10) It is a nice manga, that may seem strange at first, but is heartwarming once you get into it. Overall (9/10) I highly recommend it! |
