Even though this is an old manga and I should be carefull what I say what I am going to say is gonna be a bit hard to take it was fair at best although i think this was a good think to bring the boyfriend who the main lead had the kid with because his research proved useful.For deciphering the old language i think it could've been a little more drawn out. For instance when the person at the funeral was in shock there could've been a little more development there. It says that this manga was based of of the actually japanese book the ring BEFORE the movie came out and it got all famous. Though it wasn't all that great I got the main story line was very good. But if your looking for something based on the Movie this is not it.
