well i will be the second review person for this story. Zettai Heiwa Daisakusen is a story about two kingdoms that have been at war. the prince and princess decide to get together for peace. but, they dont really like each other. i think that the art is really great, and that the comedy is really funny. But it seems that the entertainment that keeps you on your edge is lacking. the romance is fine, but it has its great moments! this manga was a really good read so far, i highly recomend it if your looking for something the read. i like that..........welll ill

Bro legit ...this rom com manga literally is so friggin cute! I say this regardless if the art is rather old school, the story still has it's charm to keep you entertained with Euda and Johane's blossoming relationship!
Euda is so smol and just adorable. She always runs away from Johane whenever they have a serious conversation together, definitely a tsundere princess lemme tell ya! I also like her fashion style, she just pulls off such great outfits that reminds me of Disneys Aladdin. If you're really in the mood for some simple cute romance involving royalty and want to be cheered up with a happy ending, this ones for you folks! |

So since no one has written a review for this manga yet, I'll do it. Zettai Heiwa Daisakusen is basically a story of a princess and prince that arranged a fake romance so the war between their two countries will stop, but the only problem with that, is that they don't get along.
Even if I only read up to about three chapters right now, I really enjoy it but I think that its nothing really that special because the plot has already been used too much. Though the comedy is spectacular and the illustrations are great! The characters, though, are also a little overused, with a girl who doesn't like the boy at first but gradually starts to feel for him, but little bits of cute personality are added to the characters so they're not so bad. My overall score for it is a 10, so in my opinion, the overused plot & characters don't really compare with the things the manga-ka included in. For example, the humor when she flies a paper plane into his head are the type of things that makes me want to continue reading it. |

While I tend to look for more lengthy Mangas (around 70-100 chapters) that involve long adventures and deep, complex romances, since I like to have time to really get to know the characters; I ended this lovable tale feeling just as attached to the characters and fulfilled by the romance as I do with the more drawn out stories I've read, such as Basara, Reimei no Arcana, as well as others. This manga, of course, could not be compared to the likes of Red River or Inuyasha, but for a manga that was just under 20 chapters long, it felt like so much meaningful development
occurred, without seeming rushed or crammed in. The characters developed significantly as well, especially the main character Euda. Her adorable quirks were ridiculously endearing, and embarrassingly enough, I found myself giggling out loud at her impulsive acrobatics (Johanne is an amazing MC as well, and is similarly comedic and cute like his main squeeze!... I felt bad only mentioning Euda's greatness...). Not only was the plot expertly done, the art, in my opinion, was incredibly beautiful as well. The unique clothing was beautifully styled and detailed and the overall look of each page was detailed and interesting without being visually overwhelming. This manga left me feeling pleasant as well as satisfied where so many other manga have left me wanting more. It is a cute romance story with a bit of comedy and a plot that won't leave you stressed to the point of pulling out hair. I find myself wishing that there were more manga out there that are on the level of this one.

I'm pretty sure that everyone already knows by now that this relation starts off as a "facade for peace" sort of thing, but in the later chapters we start to see that, that might not be the case anymore, as euda starts to develop feelings fpr johanne. the story starts to pick up around the end of volume one into the beginning of volume 2.
We finally get some dramatic plot around the end of volume one into the beginning of volume 2; where they peace couple try to keep their engagement all while trying to thwort the plans the people (which consists of a terrorist group johanne previously capured, his older brother who fears his brothers influence over the nation, and more people yet to come) hell--bent on taking johanne down. IF you continue to to read on you'll find that the relationship between euda and johanne starts to grow and what will piss you off the most is how many times they will ALMOST KISS... but if you can hold out long enough they finally do in volume 3... Sp far it seems to be a touching story and i plan on following this manga al the way to the end, and i hope others will too... |

the short, guy likes girl, girls tsundere, and there is the story, with some a relatively fast, the relationship ACTUALLY changes, and nothing really feels like it was added just to prolong the manga, the end feels a bit rushed, but still satisfying.
the long, and in depth portion. there are some things that shoujo fails at and this is usually the art. they need to tell the story more through words, have characters with emotive faces, to convey the situations, and to that extent its a success. however when ever the action ramps up, or things start moving a bit fast, the art falls flat on its face, and this is a BIG way this manga fails at the last chapters. suffice to say, they needed to be a bit more explained or drawn out. the characters, at least the main 2 and the few attendants, you get to know pretty well, anyone else however, you will be going back chapters to figure out who the hell they are. granted this may be because i read it as it was coming out, but fact remains besides the main characters and attendants, the shoujo art style fails to make any of the side characters memorable at all. as for the plot, chapter 1 i don't consider a spoiler, if you do skip this. the relation ship mostly stays that way, but its obvious that its moveing all the time, its not like most shoujo where the relationship goes nowhere and suddenly BAM progression hits you in the face, or a mix of progression and regression. as for the over all plot, its decent, but poorly executed, but this was never about the background plot, this was always about the relation between the two mains, and thats where this shines. now, my enjoyment of this is basically this, it was a romance, that had comedy elements, was never overly serious, and moved allong. because it was what i was looking for i LOVE this one. you may not as much as me. this isn't typical shoujo, as in the crap you think of when you think shoujo, however that said, its not the next great manga either, if you go into this expecting average, you will be surprised its better than you thought. |

I really love the plot of the manga, also the characters are pretty cute, because the main girl isn't a spoiled, dumb chick, also the main male character isn't a badass it's just a love/hate love history without treat the girl badly, he is also very very cute with her.
And I love mangas with tsunderes!!! The romance is also too cute with a nice development speed , not too fast and not too low I enjoy mangas without sexism we're the woman is inteligent, cut and with a strong character This manga has everything, good humor, love, nice arts, funny faces, characters, and a good story . Highly Recommended |

I thought this manga was brilliant.
You should already know that by reading the summary, the relationship between Yuda and Johanne started off as a hope for peace between the North and South. The main focus of this manga is peace and love, and if you don't find interest in those kinds of things, this is not the manga for you. One of the greatest things I loved about this manga were those cute moments between the two. Sure, the structure was a little bit awkward, but whenever there was a cute moment, I would think about the guy I like, and then my heart would feel like it's jumping out. :) I could relate to Yuda. When I'm shy, I tend to cover it up with lies but then I blush and then it's totally obvious I'm lying. >.< I'm also like her in the sense that I keep on running away from guys I like which isn't as great in real life as it is in manga since there aren't many nice, persevering guys in the world. ;_; Anyways, this manga is worth a read and I suggest you give it a try! Zettai Heiwa Daisakusen review
When I look at this manga it looks like another one of those basic romance stories and it is but it did do well for what its worth.
Story:9/10 This story is about two people from different countries who fake their love in order to stop the two countries from fighting. This works but the only problem is that they don't get along. Now the plot is overuse as I've seen this in many other mangas before this. Especially how the romance is done in this manga. But what made it good is how funny it is. The humor is what save its. Plus its starts to pick up as when people tries to destroy the peace that the two countries have. So while the plot is unoriginal, The humor and its pacing is what saves this. Art:10/10 The art here is really well done. Its looks really pretty and the chibi form the girl when showing her emotion I'll admit, is really cute. The looks and expressions that they made just makes the humor even more hilarious. The arts and illustrations are very nice and well drawn. Characters:8/10 The character are just like what you expect for a shojo manga. But while they look the same, they feel different. The male and female lead has lots of personality to them which makes it different from other shojo type characters. Plus the romantic chemistry while looks the same like other shojo character has shown, it did show progress to their love for each other and is pace very well. The other character are not that much present but they do show effort they give for the main characters. Enjoyment:8/10 I really did like this and I thought I was going to hate it. I give this try when you have some time you wanna waste. Overall:8/10 This is the greatist manga |
