Assassin Story review
This is a set of stories (every chapter is an independent story) about chinese heroes carrying out assassinations.
I usually like such action-drama, especially historical stories but not in this case. The art looks childish and even though every page is coloured it fails to impress me. The stories are traditional folklore so they are okay but the presentation is really poor. After reading through half a chapter I couldn't figure out what was happening and this was the case with all the 5 chapters. It seems there is no direction at all. I'd rather read such stories in text form to learn some chinese folklore. The biggest flaw with this manhua is that it fails to provide any enjoyment. I had to force myself to keep on reading in hope of some improvement and there was none. Overall I think you should rather read something else.

Girl May Kill review
This manga had some real potential, and I was like WOW how are they going to end this the next three chapters?
Now I feel like I should've skipped the ending and stayed with that feeling. I would suggest this manga, but more in passing than as a priority read. There's a real issue where you don't realize this is a MATURE story till about chapter 7~9. That's when you have to move from the living room to your cell phone in your room. I would argue that if you can make it to that chapter you see the story and art style dramatically increase in quality. Then you should skip the last chapter. It feels rushed and out of character, and yes they do HINT at the twist but it just doesn't sit right. Not only that there are a TON of loose ends. I like that the manga starts taking it's mafia themes seriously towards the middle, but I just feel like the end doesn't offer any redemption.

Isekai Death Game ni Tensou sarete Tsurai review
This is a very funny and silly manga as of the first 2 chapters, so don't take this manga seriously but as a grain of salt.
As this is a very new manga there isn't alot of chapters (there are 2 as of when I'm writing this) but I see an astounding simularity to the anime Kobayashi-san Chi no Maid Dragon which is what hooked me on this manga right of the bat. Story: 5/10 The story isn't really that established as of yet and I really don't think there really will be one that is best seller worthy. Art: 9/10 In my book this is great art with alot of diversity. It's got that really cute style that Kobayashi-san Chi no Maid Dragon also have with a slight grain of seinen style. Character: 9/10 This is probably my favorite part of the manga because the characters already introduced have so much personality to them. It's not the deep personality since it's not an very old manga yet but already I can identify the characters personality from one another. Enjoyment: 10/10 Though it isn't long running yet, I still had a lot of enjoyment out of this mangas 2 chapters. I myself am looking forward to see what this manga could bring to this table and I think that people should give this a try since it only takes like 20 min to read the first 2 chapters. KEEP IN MIND!!!! I have only read 2 chapters of this so this is more of a preview of what this manga could be about. I am writting this as a help if other people would be interrested in reading this manga but you shouldn't expect this review/preview to be true when this manga is at chapter 10.

Kanojo-iro no Kanojo review
This manga could be great. But it isn't. Maybe, it is because of a natural comparison with Nana, although in my opinion the title itself doesn't stand out.
Let's start with good points. There is one awesome character, which make all the manga worth reading. Yuka is one of the most interesting girls I have ever come across in manga. Everything about her was carefully thought through and you can feel it while reading. Mayu, on the other hand, has uncommon character (how often do you read about a girl who is simply lazy?), but because of a little place in the manga she gets, her actions feel strange. The rest of characters you can describe in one sentence. It could be understood taking into account the length of title, though relations are quite complicated and there is an urge for character development and some depth. Another good thing in this manga is the art. Projects of characters are nice, their movements look natural, backgrounds are simple and just play their role. I don't know much about free fights, but scenes of combat looked good for me. All in all, style looks like in the middle way between Lala's shoujo and Cookie's shoujo taking what's best from both styles. And now... the thing that sucks. In manga the most important thing is story. Unfortunately, though the story could be interesting, storytelling fails. It constantly jumps back and forward, focusing on Yuka, from time to time showing Mayu's actions. We don't know much about their friendship (despite the fact they are friends) and we know even less about their relations with their boyfriends. I can't help but think the story would be much better if Mayu hadn't been introduced as a main character. Maybe, if the manga had been longer, Mayu presence would be justified. In the real story it only irritates. To sum up, Kanojo Iro no Kanojo disappoints. The initial complexity isn't handled well. Instead of something like Nana, we get the manga that gives the feeling even the author didn't know well what she had wanted to write about. And in all this, we get the inspiring story about one girl who is looking for her place in life. That's what still makes the time spent on reading not wasted.

Metroid review
I have a special fondness for the Metroid franchise and basically every game in it, except for that one atrocity committed by Team Ninja in 2010. Why Nintendo thought that the group known for their jiggle physics would write a female character respectfully is beyond me. Getting back on topic, in the early 2000s, before that thing stained the franchise, there was a sixteen chapter manga written by Tazawa Kouji and drawn by Ishikawa Kenji. Was it a preview of the horrible thing that was to come to the franchise or is it a worthy part of the lore?
Story: We open with chibi Samus on a mining colony with her parents. The Chozo come seeking the rare material they're gathering but they get turned down because all they have has already been scheduled to be delivered. The Chozo leave peaceably, but the space pirates promptly show up, led by Ridley. The Chozo return seeing that everything has been razed and everyone is dead save one small child, Samus. They decide to take her to their world, Zebes, and infuse her with Chozo DNA for science. Actually, it's because her frail human body won't be able to survive on Zebes for long. As she gets older they help her hone her superhuman abilities and train her to protect the peace in their stead. They also gift her with her iconic power suit. Eventually, she separates from them at their urging and works with the federation, at least for a time. There are some plot details in this that Team Ninja re-purposed for their pile of excrement. The difference is that in here they're interesting and handled pretty well, whereas in that it was the exact opposite. Honestly, the biggest problem in this manga is the pacing. They skip over and rush through quite a bit. There are times where they really do have to for the story and towards the end they skim over a lot just because they're covering material from Super Metroid but there are other times where it feels like a lazy way to change Samus' character without actually having to show her develop. To be fair, there aren't many moments like that and they do show the impetuses behind her changes even if they don't show the changes themselves, but there are a couple. On the positive side, the narrative is really compelling and there are a lot of good moments. The world building is superb. The story also manages to keep its dramatic tension well in spite of the fact that you know basically how things are going to go down if you're familiar with the games. Characters: One thing this manga does spectacularly is fleshing out Samus' character. They also show her development out of naivete and into a true warrior and all around badass. There are some cool side characters too. Particularly Samus' former partners from when she was in the federation, Kreatz & Mauk. You also get some insight into Mother Brain and Ridley. Art: Ishikawa's artwork is mostly really good. There are some points where the action doesn't flow all that smoothly (not many but some) and there are moments where the federation ships look like boots for some reason but it's mostly well done with good action sequences, expressive faces and really interesting character designs. The artwork on the various Metroid creatures is really good and you can tell that he either knows the games well or at least did his research so that he could make them mesh with their game portrayals. Ho-yay: There's a young girl who acts a bit like she has a one-sided crush on Samus but there's really not any romance in this manga. Which is good since Metroid doesn't need any of that. Final Thoughts: This manga is actually really good. Whether you're a fan of the games it's based off of or not, it's a compelling sci-fi story with interesting characters, and strong action sequences. It is better if you're a fan of the games, but it's not required. For myself, I give this one a solid 8/10.

Undead Unluck review
Reading this, as of now, quite short and not extremely popular manga feels like watching Lebron as a rookie.
This series is a complete breathe of fresh air. Do not judge by mediocre first chapter(s), it evolves from a mediocre gag manga with an interesting premise to qutie possibly the second (behing one piece of course...) best series in Jump. It evolves into a manga with an immensely interesting setting, incredibly unique and fresh ideas. It has the brains of Hunter x Hunter, with the cool designs of Bleach, and the unthinkably high stakes of a JRPG. And thats not even mentioning the fantastic MC duo/relationship of Andy/Fuuko, one of the freshest, most interesting, and cutest relationship in jump. Nothing in the manga is flat- but it does this without becoming too heady and uninteresting. Reading this- especially considering its lack of extreme popularity- feels like reading a modern classic in the making, one that is as of now going ludicrously unappreciated. If you make it past the nonplussing first few chapters and enjoy shonen even a little bit, this series has virtually anything for anybody. I cant reccomend this series enough, and with full confidence think by its end it will be spoken of amongst the likes of Fullmetal Alchemist, Hunter x Hunter, and Jojo (i shy away to compare it to One Piece, an untouchable piece of fiction by anything not named Game of Thrones, and Naruto, due to its sheer difference from Undead) as the greatest shonen of the 21st century.... This is all considering it maintains its current upwards trend in quality and doesent fizzle into nothingness like Demon Slayer or toilet dive like Food Wars or The Promised Neverland. (The art, while cartoony and stylized, is also great, and we are blessed with frequent spreadpages)

Soushi Souai review
Well first of all, the story's premise is absolutely cliche, you have the classic "Shy girl meets bad boy" type of shoujo. Most of the situations the "couple" gets into are overused and predictable. The romance is undeveloped and feels less credible than it should be. Characters are pretty generic and dull, and most of their actions are predictable and cringy. The art is pretty average, it has a lot of flaws and it feels empty, effortless and dull.
Im giving this a 1/10 because none of its features stand out in the least. Overall its pretty boring and poorly managed. I Don't recommend it at all.

Shishunki no Iron Maiden review
At first I felt the other two reviews of this manga weren't really helpful, but after checking it myself I sort of understand what they meant. This isn't a bad manga. It has decent art, an original twist to a coming to age story, and the plot seems to have a decent rhythm up to when I left it (and usually if the first 5 or 6 chapters work enough the reader will stay even if he hates it later on). But it's just so boring, there's nothing to hook you in.
As I see it it's a mixture of poorly explaining the stakes in the matter, what would happen if the evil government finds out the main girl's secret, without giving enough space to the childhood friendship/love option of the story. The ecchi is pretty pointless, the guy could be an otaku or just fat and the plot would move more or less the same way; so there isn't anything grabbing your crotch instead of your head. I like MAL's definition of a 6, it's fine. Pronounced without any joy or interest, just fine, go do your thing.

Gal Kadou review
The protagonist is not the kind I like to read about. She's fluffy and wants to be "the most fashionable" and to experience love. Though the fashionable part turned me off, I decided to keep reading because, well, she was spunky.
She saw this one guy and was all over him - disgraceful. That's why I loves how he coldly put her down. That was a bit of a spoiler, but don't worry, it's obvious what is going to happen from the start. Cliched, but with a funnier and brighter plot work with. Not bad, but not great. I'd like to keep reading, because the one chapter that I read had a very promising ending! If anyone can find the completed manga - translated - please contact me! Thanks~
