In this world, the concept of levels exist.
Other than those who live off defeating monsters, most people are only around Level 1 to 5.
What’s more, not just anyone can go out to hunt monsters; it’s heavily influenced by one’s role anointed by god.
There are eight such eligible roles. Warriors. Fighters. Clerics. Magicians. Rogues. Merchants. Hunters. Sorcerers.
Those blessed with extraordinary power are divided into three types. Royalty. Heroes. Sages.
But for the majority of the population, they have no such powers and live by farming or running shops. Towns are developed by those with the weakest role…Villagers.
For the powerless Villagers going out to hunt monsters is equivalent to committing suicide.
But one day, a certain two-year-old child given the role of Villager notices something.
Once you defeat a monster… you can earn great wealth.

Lv999 no Murabito review
Nothing special, just a good action manga.
I'm not a fan of mangas generally, but read some mangas that drag me inside. All of them has a sweet spot. In that case, this is cuteness. When I see those funny moments between little and our main hero, I'm sold. I'm sure there are many good mangas in the earth but as I said, I'm not a good reader. Story, side characters, events... Full of ordinary things. There is a stupid knight, there is a stupidly high powered villager like Ichigo's power-ups (I love Bleach by the way) and some cute girls in a kingdom! Blend them all and add devil's daughter. But why this is a bad thing? If you make a good job, that is enough for me. *This is my first review and my english totally shit, sorry for that.* |
Lv999 no Murabito review
Another rather generic manga, the MC is super OP but usually goes Saitama. He gets a bunch of weak to fairly strong companions. But wait! There's more to it.
Once you read to chapter 15 or so, you'll that there's much more to the story. The MC isn't loafing around, he doesn't kill demons not because he's another Emiya Shirou ripoff but he actually has a far more important business to take care of. Now, when we see those series with level system, classes, attributes, floating menu above characters, the in-series characters take it as a granted never questioning why things are that way. This guy is suspicious of that system, he wants to know how in the blazes this suddenly began, who did this, who made humans and demons fight and more. This guy realizes that the classes system provides some benefits to each class, he exploits it and reaches Lv.999 (as the titles suggests) and discovers something, a clue to figuring out this world. I wish that this series would have started a few years earlier and not in this hodgepodge of isekai, reincarnation, magic fantasy era. Then this may have been another Arifureta or perhaps something better. For now the story is still in the starting, the initial 6-7 chapters weren't all that special, so I'll rate it a 7, but I hope that it improves and makes some name in this crowd of mangas. |

It had a good promise. Upon reaching chapter 34, all those promises were thrown out.
And i mean the entire title of the manga can be entirely cancelled as lv999 doesn't mean anything anymore and not even lvl 100 can defeat him easily with some convenient broken powers. I dropped around pages 30-40 of this chapter 34, when the author used the most cliche thing I have ever seen for a backstory and also when the author decided that it doesn't matter what a character does, as long as it had a sad backstory, everything is forgiven. Obviously this rule applies only for female characters. Spoiler, Basically one mage is shown as an enemy from the start, behaves like that, almost kills the hero, almost kills a little child that is protecting the hero but as soon as it turned out that she was tricked and said sorry, everything is all as nothing happened. The hero even protects her. And from that point in, i didn't want to continue. Enough of this bs already. How many time do i have to see this stupid plot line? If you behave badly, you need to face consequences for those actions. Doesn't matter you did them because you thought you were right (it is even worse actually) |

Well its a cool premise and its has a OPM feel with it own spin which makes it enjoyable.
~SPOILERS~ Well nothing says overpowered then being max level and not really caring(OPM) vibe and he trained hard to get there(so did OPM according to him) apparently the both lost something from this power boost, OPM lost his hair and emotions. But again there's only 10 chapter so we don't know what Lv999 has lost just yet. Worth the read as of now. How can i write a longer review when it is only 10 chapters long and just extremely short. OMG this is not going tobe a good review with stupid limits on review lengths. |

Why do monsters drop money?
At first I thought it would be a generic story with RPG mechanics, a hero, OP main character ...etc, and it was until the most recent chapter(chapter 14 at the time of writing this review). This series has just began to pique my interest and I hope that I'm not getting ahead of myself when I say that I'm looking forward to seeing where the story will go. The question at the beginning of this review is my motivation to continue reading, and if you are curious then I hope that you will give this manga a try. The first bunch of chapters aren't very ground-breaking, but I still hope that you will give it a chance and take the gamble that chapters 14 and onwards will be the game changers. |
