Oretama review
My Balls (Ore Tama) is a hilarious Mature, Ecchi, Romantic, Comedy with one of the most absurd plots I've come across in a non-H manga. Think 40 Days & 40 Nights through the mind of a perverted mangaka; where a being, not of this world, is accidentally sealed in a poor virgin's balls. Now the next time he ejaculates, within the current month, marks the end of the world. Can the whole of mankind be save through the abstinence of one man?

It is only by reading this manga that you'll be able to find the answer, but in the process of reading you will discover one absurdly funny story. Comedy is what it's all about and with a title like My Balls, you can assume that it'll be full off adult humour. Adult humour that will continuously push the boat, in providing comedy that is completely unheard of in manga, but on the other hand the story certainly isn't its strongest suite. With each chapter merely following the escapades of the protagonist (Kohta) and his companion (Elyse). This mainly comprises of a bunch of random events, mostly involving some demon spawn, attempting to release their Queen and these scenarios are loosely strung along to form a coherent story. Sure in most manga, having a weak storyline could prove detrimental to the plot but with a plot as absurd as "the Queen of Hell being sealed into a virgin's spunk cavern", then one can accept the lack of any in-depth, logical, story.

The virgin in question, Kohta, is the poor sod that has to endure all the perversion being force onto him. Due to the nature of the story, most readers would expect him to be an unlikeable, generic, guy; but on the contrary. He is not useless at all, like the pathetic virgins you typically find in ecchi, rom/coms and that's what makes him so damn funny to watch. His female companions may have personalities that follow the most generic of tropes, but they do offer just a lil something special that will make even their predictable actions seem amusing. To complete the cast are a number of other-worldly beings that have very little to do with any character development and are just there to serve the plot.

The artwork is just as good in serving that plot; especially in its portrayal of ecchi scenes and near pornographic sex acts. It is simple, yet very effective. The panels are also well organised and even with a lot of them, on a single page, it never gets messy... unless it's trying to be.

Overall My Balls is one of the funniest things I've ever read and by far the funniest, perverted manga ever created... and I've read a lot of those. However, with all its unadulterated humour, some can easily be turned off by how perverted it gets. For the guys & girls who don’t mind numerous reverse rape situations; will end up rolling on the floor laughing at the adult humour and in turn, be shocked by what this manga & its characters are capable of doing. Every chapter will provide something new to laugh about. It's a shame it had somewhat of a weak ending.

*Be warned, there's A LOT of sexual content.*

Oretama review
In a nutshell, this is an over-the-top fanservice comedy that had me hooked in the early chapters but became repetitive and dull as I read on. The premise is simple, yet absurd and does a good job of setting up the potential for hilarity. I definitely wouldn't recommend reading this for the story as the plot and character development are generic as they come, although for this genre that's pretty forgivable.

The characters for this story are very average, neither likable nor dislikable for the most part, although I somewhat liked Irene and Minayo. Female lead Elyse is a textbook, generic tsundere with hardly any unique characterization. Same can be said for the male lead and most of the villains as well.

The art is solid when it comes to depicting cute (often nude) girls and lewd scenes. There isn't much else to be said in that regard.

Scores:
Story 4/10
Art 6.5/10
Characters 5/10
Enjoyment 5.5/10
Overall 5/10

*Scores are based on 5 being considered average.

My enjoyment of this manga was probably up around an 8/10 for the first several chapters, but it gradually came down to being boring around halfway through, enjoyment was probably at 3/10 in the final five to ten chapters or so. So I averaged the enjoyment factor out to 5.5/10. Look, few people love fanservice and lewdness in their manga and anime more than me, but when that's ALL you're offering, it's hard to get a high score. In the end, all this manga had going for it was near-hentai levels of fanservice, respectable quality of art, and a few good jokes that got run into the ground.

This manga is definitely worth a try if you fit the tastes of its target demographic, but the jokes and the premise may wear out their welcome and become boring long before the ending. All in all, this manga is just okay in my opinion.

Oretama review
When looking at title, synopsis or score, Oretama doesn't look really tempting. I'm sure many people are turned off by those without giving this masterpiece a try. Mind you, I didn't use the word "masterpiece" in sarcastic way here.
In this review I'll try to explain Oretama's awesomeness!

Let's start with genres. It says "Comedy, Demons, Ecchi, Romance, Seinen" and Oretama delivers exactly that: it obviously has demons, very cute and satisfying romance, hardcore/borderline hentai ecchi, some of the best comedy I've seen in a manga so far and it all in enjoyable seinen setting that allows to push stuff further than shounens.
Despite absurd premise the story is really interesting. Saving world while trying not to cum for a month is sure different than usual world-saving settings, but it sure makes it easy to feel empathy towards protagonist and understand the feeling of pressure (both psychological and in his balls) he feels. Being first and foremost ecchi comedy, Oretama doesn't have (nor does it need) any overly deep stuff or mindblowing plot twists. It's simple, stupidly funny and damn erotic - exactly what it's supposed to be when you look at this title.

Characters are similar to story - simple but effective. They don't have some deep backstories or complicated personalities.
Main cast is pretty much what one would expect from such title: average protagonist and flat tsundere girl with pretty, somewhat airhead, girl in background. They aren't anything special but are nice to see and fit in their roles.
Then there are side characters. From old-fart angel, through last-boss queen of hell to monster-of-the-week demon girls that attack protagonist, they were all fun and enjoyable to see. Because of nature of this manga those random demons coming for Kohta's cum were important for comedic (and erotic) purposes and, despite some of them appearing only in one chapter, very memorable - actually the scene I find the most fun personally was with one of those side girls.

When it comes to art, Oretama shines where it matters - at ecchi scenes that is. Overall this manga isn't that pretty, but author really excels at drawing erotic stuff. Oretama could work better as fapping material than some hentai titles.

This manga was on top of my favourite list since i finished reading it. Now, after reading Oretama again, my opinion still stands: it's the most fun and one of the most erotic manga I know. Add to it engaging story, satisfying romance and very solid ending. Enjoyment-wise Oretama is simply flawless.
As long as you don't have problems with heavy ecchi, you should enjoy this manga.

Oretama review
Oh man. I had so many good laughs with this one! My Balls is the most original thing i've ever read to this date. And i feel so sorry for the protagonist. Here is why:

So the whole thing starts when one night, our protagonist needs to take a pee. He finds a dark spot in a nearby park but by coincidence an angel was about to finish a spell to lock the demon queen of destruction inside a holy ball. Our protagonist happens to pee on that ball and the demon queen gets sealed inside his balls. So now, our virgin protagonist have the whole mankind resting on his shoulders(or should i say balls?). If he is to ejaculate during masturbation or sex, the demon queen will be released and all humankind is doomed to destruction. He must endure a whole month. And that month happen to be his lucky month according to a fortune teller. Hell is aware of this and they will send countless of hot devils, each with their specialties. Maybe satan herself may step into this (yes, lucifer is a girl. According to the manga that is). But the first one to go is a young virgin minor devil who is tasked to make our protagonist ejaculate.

This is basicly a recipe of awesomeness. I am one for adult perverted humor and this manga features quite a lot of fetishes so it's something for everyone! The drawings are excellent and the whole setup was comfortable and easy to keep up with. The characters are funny and have unique personalities. And there is a nice balance of dialogue, drama and the ecchi/fanservice. Not too much of any and the pace is great.

If you like hentai/ecchi in general you won't be dissapointed with this one! I had a great joy reading this and i think any fellow pervert would enjoy it as well. Funny, sexy and a sorry protagonist who have the worst task in the world!

Oretama review
One of those few ecchi manga that deserves to be read not just for its fanservice, but for its characters.

Condensed verion:

Why you may pick this up:
-Fanservice
-Elyse
-Interactions between characters
-Elyse X Kohta
-Interesting setup for plot

Why you may skip this:
-Heavy Fanservice (Arguable)
-Weak ending

Long version:

Story-7: There is actually a story, and it is OK, if somewhat lacking in the ending. MC is (another) useless bum who is hopeless in life. Then, in a freak accident, the Queen of terror becomes sealed inside his... balls. To prevent the end of days, he shall not come. Yes, the story is as weird as the title makes it out. As the story goes on, demons (who all happen to be female, for some reason, and yet this isn't a harem) attempt to seduce MC in an effort to make him release his load and finally have demonkind rule the world. No, you are not going to get an epic 'hero defeats the demon lord and saves the world' plotline from a title like 'My balls', but the story is serviceable, and gives many opportunities for ecchi scenes. Nothing special, if not creative, but it isn't bad either.

Characters-9: This is where, in my honest opinion, the manga really shines. We have the MC, Kohta Satou, the useless bum who destroys the world if he ejaculates, and one of the lesser demons sent to make him do just that, Elyse*. Kohta has a crush on his colleague, Minayo, but being the useless bum he is, he does not have the balls(?) to ask her out. As the story goes on, we see the MC try to hold it in as hordes of demon girls use an array of fetishes to get MC to blow his load and release their queen, while Elyse slowly falls in love with MC, and Kohta begins to make his move on Minayo. The chemistry between Kohta and Elyse is some of the best I have seen in ecchi romances. I genuinely felt the sparks fly between them, and I found myself rooting for Elyse even as Kohta progresses further with Minayo. Its one of the few reasons you may want to pick up this series. Well, that and maybe the ecchi.

*just going to rant about Elyse here. She is one of the most cutest, beloved, and most expressive tsundere pettanko i have seen in a long time. Every time she is with Kohta, there is never a dull moment, from scolding each other, to dates, to her crying when she sees her beloved Kohta enjoying sex with someone else and being unable to do anything about it. Ok, rant end, on with the review.

Art-8: its an ecchi series, so the art is usually good, by default. All the curves are there in the right places, and all the facial expressions complements the action going on. Characters are easily told apart, since all the different demons look like ecchi cosplayers.

Enjoyment-9: I came for the story, and stayed for the characters. I was expecting a typical harem romcom where MC is so dense it is unforgivable, and I will then default to admiring the ecchi that this manga is priding itself on. What I got was an MC that becomes more likeable and becomes aware of the girls' feelings, a lead female that is just downright enjoyable (see rant), and good fanservice in between.

Overall-8: If you want some quality fanservice with characters that are likeable, pick this up if you can get past the fanservice. The story is simple but doesn't commit any grave sins, but lets be honest, you are here for the ecchi and characters, not the story. IF you cannot handle fanservice, skip this, but only after reading through the first few chapters. It is entertaining, enjoyable and has memorable characters let down by an ending that doesn't do the romance between Elyse and Kohta enough justice.

Oretama review
This is a very different story compared to the normal manga, it is a hentai. It is not a harem as most might misjudge it as, but i would put it in the love triangle realm. This is because there are only two love interests and no more. There is a huge sexual component but that is not what a harem is. I do think this is not a manga but it is definitely very good.

Now this guy who is bad with girls, gets drunk one night and decides to pee on a tree well to his misfortune there was a demon who needed to be sealed close by and the angle tasked with this misses the ball and hits his right nut. >.> ~WHAT? Lo and behold he now has a demon sealed in his testicle and needs to not cum for a month; but the way they show the time-line is terrible. Now he has the entire demon realm(Hell) going after him trying to make him cum.

Oh what else happens during this time his dream girl makes the first move and asks him out, now I feel bad for him. Anyway if he comes humanity will be destroyed and demons will retake earth. When his girlfriend get drunk she turns into a nympho, to prevent an accident from happening a loli is sent to make him cum, he cuts her a deal for his soul to stop anything from happening. This is a weird relationship i'm not going to get into as it will take to long.

Long story short, he holds out longer than he needed to, save humanity, fights major demons including Satan, loses his dream girlfriend, and gains a loli girlfriend. Satan is a female and falls in love with Michael after he bends her will to his sexual prowess.

I found myself smiling during most of the story baffled by other parts but liking it overall unlike the two other reviews(1 negative and not finished by reviewer/ another maxed out rating which this is not)[as of 4/9/16]. Worth the time to read might take a week if read sporadically only 40ish chapters.

Oretama review
Oretama, also known as Ore Tama, or My Balls (the much preferred name for an English review), is an interesting supernatural romcom about a guy whose balls (specifically his right testicle) become a vessel for sealing a demon queen. If the demon queen is set free in the next month, the world will be destroyed.

And so begins the quest of many devils to cause the main guy, Kouta Satou, to blow a load so the demon queen is freed.

Story: 5
That's the story. I kid you not. My Balls contains slapstick humour based on the premise of a man trying his hardest to not cum for a month.

The main obstacles to his success are his crush: a coworker in the supermarket he works at, and a lesser devil trying to seduce him and free the queen. Along the way you have different residents of hell trying to get him to cum.

The premise gets old very quickly... or so you'd think. Every chapter ended with me thinking "almost time to drop" but the next chapter always had some crazy outlandish idea.

Honestly the conclusion was a bit weak. That's my main qualm with story.

Art: 8
I mean, the art does what it needs to do. Not perfect per se. It works
Or that could just be that everything i've read till now has immunized me to the horrors depicted in this manga

Character: 8
The characters are pretty nice. Funny. The coworker crush and the lesser devil are both well made.
You've got a timid pure girl with a nympho drunk personality. A tsundere pettanko lesser devil loli with hints of yandere in her.

Enjoyment: 100000000000000000000
Reading My Balls was an orgasmic experience of joy and humour. It's the best and worst reading decision I've made. My Balls features such strange comedy and deus ex machina that it gets a bit annoying at points, but is an enjoying ride overall.

Overall an 8.
TL;DR: THis is hilarious. Premise gets old but never boring. Funny read
Be warned there is a shit ton of fetish fanservice
A lot of it

Oretama review
… ya… you read the name right… this manga is literally called… ‘My Balls’… WHAT THE FUCK JAPAN? I mean really, I can understand the hard core stuff, I might be able to be ok with the tentacle thing… but really, that stuff is actually Hentai. This manga… its not listed as Hentai and in fact, it doesn’t really even show anything but blurry images or pixilated images of ‘things’. Well, since this is not under the term Hentai, it shall be reviewed as what it was named as… and boy, this is going to be a pain in the ass.

So let me get this straight, this perverted guy has had no luck with woman for his whole life and the month that he can’t have sex, every single girl wants to do him. Not only that, the girl he likes wants him, and even woman from hell want him. This turns into a large harem manga without even trying to be. The author ended up with the perfect storyline for a harem without even trying though it’s a manga I really wish I didn’t have to review. Then we have a devil that wears a cross around her neck and just keeps acting like a little girl getting into sex for the first time, a succubus that wants him to cum, and even the whole female hell armada seems to want him to do that. I’m serious, they have things from cupid to vampires trying to come at him that I’m surprised he isn’t put in prison for public indecency yet. For crying out loud, the guy ends up without his pants on for practically the whole manga including being outside and seems only once has been arrested and that was because of his boss taking him somewhere.

And you know what is the kicker about where I was reading this manga? I was reading it on Mangafox and the translators even put in the extra pages at the end where they have advertisements. Most are for sex items! I’m not joking… I HATE THIS! It’s one of the most disgusting manga’s I had to take a look at in a long time and that’s saying much because I have seen hentai.

As I said in the beginning, the artwork is nice though there are a lot of pixilated images of his mass. If you’re going to have a manga called ‘My Balls!’, at least make it a hentai and go all out! Then I would actually be able to review it by that standard and it wouldn’t be that bad. Sometimes the characters go off their profile making them look younger or older then they actually are and there are a lot of times I ended up grossed out by the artwork… more along the lines of just grossed out at the content though then the drawing style.

This manga is not for the weak at heart and younger readers. Hell, its not even for older readers. This manga is for the perverted, the sickos. I couldn’t even finish the damn manga because of how bad it was and this is coming from a girl that has reviewed some pretty bad stuff. I went through about half the series and pretty much dropped it because of how sick it was. I couldn’t handle it anymore.
