I think I've over done it with the slice of life and romance genre, because this manga was starting to feel a little bit cliched and repetitive. That being said, I definitely feel that compared to a lot of the SLO/romance out there, it still keeps it fresh. The premise was fairly interesting. The characters were all pretty fun. There wasn't any fan service that I can remember. It bought into some of the cliches, but it also avoided quite a few of the others. It probably helped that it was set in university, instead of high school. There's always some sort of rivalry for
the main girl, and I have to say I was rooting for the other contender for a while. The main character came off as overly childish and a little too insecure and possessive. I think there are some cultural differences, and that kind of thing is normal in manga? Anyway, this was a pretty decent romance manga, and I would have loved it even more if I wasn't sick of romance mangas.

Let me just say that I love this manga! The enjoyment that I experienced when reading this was AMAZING!! The manga is just so cute and very unique because the characters are in University and not in the typical high school where the main character sits in the back left and stares out the window.
I would say out of all the shoujo manga that I read, I have never read one about the main characters already in university after the first 3 chapters of their past.
Also the manga reminds me of Kimi ni Todoke as I have already recommended before. So if you want to see why I recommended Kimi Ni Todoke, just check out my recommendation...
The story is very unique as I said like the third time how I have never read a story where the characters are being set in university instead of your typical high school. 9/10
The characters are sort of stereotypical but at the same time they are very enjoyable to read as they have many funny moments and reactions to other characters in the story. 9/10
The art is beautiful!! I love the use of the screen tones and the bubbly atmosphere with the characters, quite similar to Kimi ni Todoke as well. I must say that the mangaka's art style is really cute and pretty. The way she draws the characters...especially the boys....it's bishie bliss... 9/10
I truly enjoyed this series because I love my shoujo manga and if it's unique and beautiful like thism you just have to love it more!! 10/10
Overall I give it a 9/10 even though I REALLY want to give it a 10 because I love this series so much and it's really cute~ I highly recommend this to people if they want to have a pleasant and relaxing read. You don't need to think much at ALL with this series, it's just something that's cute and really bubbly!

A very simple yet adorable manga. I got very hooked the first time I read this.
The smartest guy in class, Yanagi, fell in love with the girl he hated the most, Kujuo, for she beats her in everything! Hate and envy turned to love.
Well, for me, everything is just perfect. Awesome art and story. For those who liked Special A (like I), then this is a must read! The only difference is that Kujuo is not as competitive as Hikari (Special A heroine). In fact, Kujuo doesn't care at all! She just wants to lighten her mom's burden.
Can't wait to see how it goes!

This story's summary seems to be a lot similar to Special A but in my opinion, Last Game is better of various reasons. ( it's just my opinion, ok ) This manga doesn't focus much about the challenge either and it is very innocence and pure. The story is actually very simple but very entertaining at the same time. The art is cute and ok and the mangaka did not dramatize much on the character's experiences. I read this manga twice and it is always been funny. Definitely for people who need comfort and prefer light and innocence manga.
The only criticism here is the ending is not as I expected to be to be exactly Kujou's career but it was simply a masterpiece!!!!

Let's start off with saying that I normally don't go for ones with this many chapters, I normally got for the short and sweet kind to make me feel bubbly and stuff.. Right..
Let me just say before I start that I enjoyed the read and as it got towards the end I really felt disappointed... The main male went from this high class guy with a little bit of balls to this low life guy who would bend over backwards just to get a smile from the girl. At the beginning I loved the whole 'storm off act and be selfish' because it suited the male character... I really would of liked to see more of it towards the end especially when they got together and she denied basically doing any kind of lovely dovey stuff with him. He just accepted it like it was nothing... "I don't want to kiss you" "Oh okay.. well there's nothing I can do" I felt like his character really went down about a quarter of the way through. The female character wasn't the most dense person in the world but it was quite irritating, it would good to see her stay the same way through the entire thing though.
The art wasn't anything special and was quite average to every other kind of manga.
The story wasn't too interesting and wasn't original at all... Rivalry turns to love, cliche as ****.
I enjoyed it about 6/10, due to getting annoyed at some points but still a good read.

This series is cheesy, predictable, and something we've definitely seen before (Special A, Kaichou wa Maid-sama, etc.) -- and yet it is probably the most endearing thing I have ever read in my entire cynical existence. Because of that, it deserves a complete 9/10.
Seriously, this manga is CUTE. Like ridiculously so. The main character, Yanagi, and his one-sided rivalry/crush on the ever-oblivious Kujou are an absolute blast to read about. Yanagi's inner turmoil is a riot, and Kujou is crazy earnest and sweet in her own stoic way. I don't think I've grinned and giggled this much from a manga series ever -- and I read a lot of cute things, so that's saying something.
It reminded me a bit of Ouran High School Host Club, where Yanagi is Tamaki (obviously in love with the oblivious heroine in a way that is almost hilariously pathetic while also being the cutest thing in the universe), and Kujou is Haruhi (a simple girl who lives her own life without caring about what other people think, easily beats others in skill and strength despite being a delicate little flower, and for the most part, has no idea that the hero likes her and often gets annoyed with his silly antics). And I mean this in the best possible way.
Plus, the artwork is really beautiful. The characters are gorgeously designed, and the setup of each page is very easy to follow and plays out like a hilarious and adorable movie in my mind. Even the love rivals are fun to read about. I didn't hate a single character, which is rare for a shoujo manga. To be honest, Kei Souma -- the other guy who falls unexpectedly in love with the dense, unassuming girl that is our heroine -- might be my favourite one. The fact that the series wraps up perfectly with a heartwarming little bow is a bonus.
Overall, this manga is definitely worth the shot if you like quirky-cute romantic comedies with blushing boys who can't seem to catch a break. I definitely recommend it! Now excuse me while I rush off to read everything else Amano has ever published because this was so damn good I'm having withdrawal symptoms...

Story 6/10
So, I actually thought I was going to rate this lower! At the beginning, I wasn't seeing a very original story...popular guy smitten by loner/smart girl and she is completely oblivious to his feelings. I do not understand how someone could be as oblivious to love and romance as Kuojo. Sure, she might not have had experience with it herself, but she probably has seen a movie or two, a TV show, read a book about it...I mean, she was not raised in a jungle! I don't think it was realistic the amount of time it took her to realize her feelings for Yanagi. There was also that love triangle with another popular guy and girl. Kuojo having to wait for a major event to happen to confront her feelings and chasing after Yanagi to the airport, the rival than then becomes a friend/advisor...So yeah, this story has plenty of cliché and overused aspects from Shoujo manga. However, there are a few redeeming aspects that prompts me to a good rating:
1-main characters have been friends and together for over 10 years. And 1.2 Yanagi's love for Kujou was totally believable as he had spent so much time with her and chasing her and looking after her, that it was bound to happen.
2-Nice twist with Kujou finally realizing her feelings for Yanagi and attempting to confess, while Yanagi was so used to being friend-zoned, that he had actually no clue of what she was trying to do. This actually made the story a lot more interesting and worthwhile reading overall.
3-Yanagi had a very supportive and caring family.
4-Kujou's mother, trying to hook her daughter up with Yanagi, was hilarious to me.
5-I loved the fact that the cry baby was actually the male lead characters. This was too funny for me.
Art 6/10
The drawings were nice to me. Not the best I have seen, not the worse. I did not like the characters were so alike I often couldn't tell the senpais from among other people in the astronomy group.
Characters 6/10
Yanagi: I really liked how humble he was (apparently thanks to Kuojo) and how hard he tried to earn things based on his own merit. I do not feel realistic that he would have feelings for someone for 10 years and not once try to make a move, not even as a joke. I mean, I know he realized his feelings basically by the end of those 10 years, but still. They were pretty much together all the time. I also liked he has such a sensitive side that made him cry all the time. So refreshing to see a sensitive male character.
Kuojo: I can't say I like or dislike her. It's just "meh" for me. I kept thinking she seemed like a cheap copy of Sawako, from Kimi Ni Todoke. I didn't really understand why she was so socially awkward or inept. Author tried to explain it with her father's death, but I don't think the connection was properly made between those two points. I am trying to think about something I really liked about her, but I can't...glad that she was such a hard worker?
The rest of the characters don't really get much of a background, except for Souma. I was so proud of Souma for not wanting to take part of the love triangle, disappointed to see he actually tried, but then happy again at how mature he was at handling being rejected and actually cheering Kuojo on with Yanagi. I wished we could have seen his pairing with Momo, as I think that is/was bound to happen eventually, and they surely would have been one interesting couple.
Enjoyment 6/10
Well...I found myself sometimes wondering why I decided to read this because the story wasn't really going somewhere. However, I am glad I stuck with it until the end because as soon as Kuojo realized her feelings, things began becoming more interesting, making me actually laugh out loud. I think the ending was appropriate and cute.

Just to put it simply: I found Last Game, I read it (or at least all than I could at the time), and fell in love with it. ♥
You will love the characters, I promise. Yanagi is an adorable tsundere, Kujou is entertaining and cute with the way she thinks, and the others make the manga even better :3
The art style is beyond perfection. It's simple, yet fluffy and adorable. Sometimes it's hard to tell the characters apart because they look a bit too similar, but it doesn't happen that often.
The story got me hooked already at the first chapter. It's different from the ones I've read before, and I just love it

Last Game(non spoiler review)
To be quite frank I am a romance manga/anime fanatic and fortunately, I stumbled onto the manga: Last Game. At first, I didn't have much of a high expectation, the art was okay, and the story was cliche. But boy oh boy, the character development and the flow of the story is outstanding. Both main characters grow in such a way that is realistic and heartwarming to the reader, it's as if the characters are real and that they are struggling with the same things people in everyday society deal with. I'm quite familiar with Korean Dramas so I thought this story would turn into the typical rich boy meets poor girl, they get together and the end but this story takes a different approach as it takes account both perspectives of both being raised in a poor or rich background.
As for the number one thing that I enjoyed about last game is that the characters are so likable. Usually there are some annoying characters in romance mangas but Last Game has none of that. All of them are lovable in their own little way especially the main protagonist. I usually hate main male MCs due to their indifference/cluelessness but the main MC is such a lovable character due to his willingness to improve and his desire to change the way he thinks.
Last Game is a fantastic love story so if you like a pure fun filled romance with lovable characters, this is the story for you. I hope you all enjoy this as much as I have.

How can i describe this without Spoling hmm
Well at first i thought this was gonna be your typical love/high school slice of life manga, and i like those. But once i kept reading and reading i felt like i was the MC and the time flew and all the sudden i am in the last chapter full of happiness. But what i like about this is the time it is placed. It is not on high school its on college so its a little bit more "mature" topics i guess. But in the end you will fall in love with this Manga i assure you you.
P.S read the fanficts after reading the main story they are worth it!

THE LAST GAME MANGA REVIEW
OVERALL: 9.4
PLOT: 10
Did you ever love a person so much that you are willing to wait, sacrifice and understand them? Did you ever care for someone so much that even if you are the one getting heart, you will just brush it off and pretend that it is ok? Just because of their smile or their attention, your heart flutters with joy and unknown emotion that fills up your heart. Amano Shinobu literally created a love story for a pure heart. The step by step process on knowing how it is to love, the realization, the acceptance has all been portrayed with delicacy. It soft and mild, and the courage it takes for the character to grow and move forward to things they don't know is splendid. Apart from it being a romance, it is also great that the story also tackles the decision the characters have to make for their future and how they handle it as an individual.
CHARACTERS: 9
A guy with a wealth and a girl with a gut. It is kinda cliche combination. It is something most of the romance sry have. What differs on this story to other ones are the efforts exert by the guy. The changes in his personality because of the girl's existence in his life and vise versa. They help each other to be a better one. They need to be beside each other. What I love the most is the way they express their feelings sincerely. Though there are many times that their airheadness strike. Other characters also help them mature and guide them on the decision they're making. Truth be told, people around us are only there to guide us. In the end, it is our decision that will make us progress or digress.
ART: 9
Yanagi Hisato looks like Usui Takumi. Hahaha. I love the art of this manga. The proportion of the body is too irresistible. The lines made for the shoulder down to the very feet is too attracting. And the clothes made for the characters are a great view to see. Apart from that, the chibi drawing of the character is kindof funny and cute. It perfectly fits the scenario in the story and that kind of art keep readers alive while reading it.
ENJOYMENT: 10
Some stories make readers want to experience what they are reading.
Some stories make readers feel that they themselves are in the story they are reading.
Either if the two, there are stories that touches the heart and leave a memory, a feeling, an ache, a drop of happiness. This is one of them. This manga can make readers laugh, sad, feel pain. This manga can make readers feel the emotions the characters are feeling. Once you start reading, you will never stop swiping/clicking.
ENDING: 9
Endings with the characters end up with each other are really a great one. Love stories which ends up with a wedding secures the relations ship of the protagonists and assure readers that till the last breath of their life, they will not leave each other. Aside from that, it is also lovely to see the guy crying because of happiness that he already obtain is what he waited for so long.

Great manga if you want to be happy and have fuzzy feelings.
Major spoilers ahead
Story : 8
The premise of a spoiled boy try to beat an unjudgemental girl who is better than him at school got me at the start. I haven't read too many romance manga so I don't really know if it was cliche or not. After that, I found Yanagi (the boy, now in college) and Kujou (the girl) slowly realizing their feelings really suspenseful and cute.
So why did I give the story an 8?
- I'm not saying that the pace was slow, but rather that I regretted not seeing more of the couple after they learned about each other's feelings. (Which was at the end)
- This goes with my previous point, but ending the manga with a wedding and a timeskip of 7 years was confusing. I would have liked to see the proposal, and I'm rather confused by the characters not having evolved since college.
- (come on more scenes of Yanagi with Kujou)
Art : 10
The art wasn't outstanding in the way that it was masterfully skillful, but because it was enjoyable. Let me explain:
First, the non-character art: I didn't pay enough attention to it to remember how it was drawn, but that isn't the point. The outstanding thing was how well it placed me inside the story and how much it set the atmosphere. Feeling>Detail(Maybe I have low standards and strange demands)
Now, the character art: (low standards again) What I look for in character art is something that I mistake for being real. I don't mean in the resolution, shading and such, but if it feels natural. This is definitely not a good comparison, but say let's bring One Piece's Nami, she just looks like a plastic doll to me (I enjoyed One Piece so no grudges). How does character art feel natural to me in manga?
- Eyes good position on face (not too far apart, not too squishing the mouth (although that's cute I don't want it to be how they are mainly represented))
- Eyes round shape (no rectangle eyes)
- Eyes detailed (no need for anything tedious to make, just make them pleasant to look at (unlike Luffy's (sorry OP again))
- No huge breasts
- This will sound shallow of me but I liked that the girls' faces had more emphasis on their cuteness than their bodies
Bonus:
- Flowy, "translucent" hair (not literally that, but the feeling of it being like that)
Characters : 9
For the 2 main characters, I found both their convictions thoughtful, realistic and admirable; Kujou working hard for the sake of her mother and Yanagi wanting to excel in competition. However, there was one thing I was displeased of: Kujou being somewhat cold to Yanagi at their wedding even though they had been a couple for 7 years.
For the side characters, I have differing thoughts.
- I didn't like Souma and Momoka meddling with Yanagi and Kujou's relationship (they are both pretty, why do they gotta annoy Yanagi any further)
- Shiori, you could've helped them a bit more, ya know?
- Yanagi's family and Kujou's were comforting
Even if you could think that the characters were shallow, I think that they were detailed enough for the sake of the story and romance, although peering into their thoughts a bit more could've been interesting.
Enjoyment : 10
Even though some side characters were really annoying, the crafting of the relationship between Yanagi and Kujou was really cute and interesting. That's all that mattered. (Also the art was great)
Overall : 10
To be honest, the only important regret I have is that I didn't see enough of Yanagi being together with Kujou after they learned about their mutual feelings, the suspense of seeing them together having fun in a romantic way was a bit unfulfilled. (Especially in the very last chapter when they slept together (practically by accident))
A very enjoyable read for the ones that don't mind feeling all fuzzy on the inside.
(Don't know if this is useful but it took me 8 hours to read straight through without skipping anything)

Last Game review
If you want to feel like dying for many times, you must read this manga.
From the title and summary, Last Game may be just an ordinary romance manga. It is almost like other manga where there are 2 protagonists where the female one usually have one or two close friend and a rival and another guy who likes her but friends with the male protagonist.
But, I think that the story itself is pretty cute. I like how they make the setting in college rather than high school (usually). It's refreshing though. The story is really cue, pure and it's going to kill you many times.
I also feel like this manga is like a fusion between Kimi ni Todoke and Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun. If you have read both and then read this, you'll know. But, what makes this different in my view is the characters. I love the backgrounds of each characters.
The art is really good. Somehow I like manga with good arts so maybe that's why. The story is also enjoyable and perhaps much more enjoyable when you have a lot of free time because once you read a chapter, you will keep flipping pages until finished.

Last Game review
Unlike many other shoujo mangas, Last Game establishes a firm foundation for the relationship between the lead characters. I think this is the primary reason it has a "very high" re-read value for me, since the shoujo genre is littered with love-at-first sight pairings and weakly defined character traits. Yanagi and Kujou have definite strengths and definite flaws, and both sets are continuously acknowledged throughout the series.
However, Last Game is also VERY satisfactory when it comes to your standard shoujo expectations. There are touching romantic moments and substantial character development in several subplots. But be warned: about twenty chapters elapse with relatively no progress in the main storyline. I only noticed this during a re-read of the series, and it shocked me. I took my overall rating down from a 9 to an 8. Around chapter 20, Kujou has a key realization, but she fails to truly act on that realization for, as I said, the next ~20 chapters. The heck?! So I would encourage new readers to either get comfortable before settling in for the long haul, or to otherwise (dare I suggest it?) skip a few chapters here and there to maintain interest.
However, I would still encourage you to read the series due to its well-executed conclusion and for some refreshing perspectives on common shoujo types. Yanagi serves as the primary narrator, and his arrogant overtures and honest devotion to Kujou is so unlike the tepid and twiddling thought processes of your basic shoujo female narrator. Kujou is also refreshingly capable in every facet, except for communication, and this is what causes the 20-chapter lag since the focus shifts to her. I suppose I'm essentially stating that you should read this series for Yanagi, whose personality/disposition is usually allocated to a side character by most mangakas. And as I stated at the beginning of this review, Last Game succeeds in establishing legitimate grounds for a relationship between the main characters: common interests, extended time spent together, genuine appreciation for strong qualities...
It's a good read. You should get some real laughs out of it.

A friend of mine suggested this manga to me since I'm a shoujo manga fan. I personally love it. The art is fabulous and the characters all have their own personalities!
Ratings:
Story [8] - The story line was a little too cliche. I've seen tons of the "Rich, Smart & Handsome" types of boys who gets the girls. Even though it's a romance story, isn't the romance a little too blur? I mean, I've been waiting for kissing scenes (Not a Pervert) aaaalll the way.
Art [10] - Omg. I love this author's art. I love to draw animated human beings, but I was so amazed by the art in this manga. The backgrounds are clear and they don't overlap the main objects; the clothing's folds and designs.... it's all so perfect.
Character [9] - Okay, I had a hard time choosing between 9 and 10. I love all the character's personalities, but the female lead, Kujou Mikoto's personality is just too straightforward. Every SINGLE time when it's a perfect time to kiss, she just ruins it. The personality I liked most was Souma's one. He's just an innocent boy in love, and that's what made him so adorable.
Enjoyment [10] - Even with the slow romance, I still love this manga. I'm wishing for more extra chapters~
Overall [9] - Yea... due to the cliche storyline, I had to choose 9 because I would prefer a more exciting plot.

I've tried multiple times to get into this anime. Last Game currently sits in one of the top spots for "Hot" shoujo manga on many sites and its popularity always entices me to try again. I think this is my last attempt with it, though.
The story starts out with a pretty decent premise. The competitive nature pushed so clearly in the beginning promises to present an interesting relationship between the main characters and the straight-forward female lead is at least a good potential to pull away from a lot of very cliche characters. The problem is that shortly after we get caught up to the main characters being in college, any notion of this competition or game is dropped and the story throws out all the old shoujo tropes.
The art is good enough to be enjoyable and it doesn't distract from the experience of reading the manga. I did have some issue with just how blank the female lead's face is throughout everything. I understand that's supposed to be part of her personality but giving her such a very small range of reactions and faces only made it that much harder for me to view her as a real person.
The characters have base-level motivations and react to plot devices with the emotional maturity of pre-teens who are still figuring out how to relate to other people. Just about the only thing that makes any of them seem like college students is the occasional drinking. It's difficult to relate to any of them because they are just so two dimensional.
Enjoyment is pretty personal and subjective so I'm trying not to say, "How do people like this? What's wrong with them?" Because I know I have some odd favorites as well. But, really, for me this manga falls short in so many ways. The plot drags on slowly re-hashing scenarios done better in other mangas with characters I don't care about who have goals that are so much lower than what they could have been. Pushing through any more of this feels like a chore but here's to hoping others find something worthwhile in it.

Last Game is a cute manga about a wealthy boy, whom upon meeting a girl who is better than him at literally everything, declares her his rival (and then they fall in love). It's not really much else.
The story is above average at best. It has a fair amount of shoujo manga cliches (e.g. a rival boy falling in love with the girl), and follows quite a linear path for the story. Nothing in particular stands out in the story as being particularly special or unique.
The art is appealing to the eye, but horribly generic. The characters look almost exactly the same as the characters from Shinobu Amano's other work, Wasureyuki. Even Kei and Yanagi look disconcertingly similar.
The characters were fairly interesting but not particularly fleshed out. Kujou and Yanagi were a cute couple, but how dense they were irritated me (as it always does). Kujou's friend and her boyfriend were more interesting than the main characters, to be perfectly honest.
Enjoyment was surprisingly high. It's not hard to get into the romance between Kujou and Yanagi, and I found myself rooting for them. The ending suited the manga and I'm glad it didn't leave us on a stupid cliffhanger like a lot of other shoujos do.
Overall I gave it a 7. The enjoyment factor to me is the most important, so that bumped it up a ton. I'd recommend this if you're looking for a cute romance that's light on plot, and which is easy to binge-read.

Last Game 's review
After having read the reviews to this manga, I thought I'd give it a try and see if it were as good as people said. But all it gave me was a massive headache.
The story is cliche, the protagonists start off as rivals then slowly start developing feelings for each other. And by slowly, I mean painfully slowly. It's as if the author didn't know how to fill 50 chapters so she just used the typical, over-used scenario where the main character is completely unaware of her feelings and everyone else's. Even if they spelled it out for her, she still didn't get it. So we spend more than half of the manga trying to get Kujou to think for herself and acknowledge her feelings.
If you're not a fan of dense, air-headed girls then this manga is not for you because besides her kindness which I appreciate, that's all she really is. It's hard to believe that someone who excelled in all subjects of high school, has no idea what having "romantic" feelings for someone means. Most of the time she is in this dazed, dream like state which you think might be because she's thinking a lot, but really, she's just oblivious.
The other characters on the other hand, are at least more tolerable. Yanagi is probably the only reason that made me continue this manga; he's very genuine and dedicated to Kujou. Without his effort, their relationship wouldn't have progressed anywhere so I really respect that he tries so hard for her.
Over all, it's your typical shoujo manga that's to be read to pass time, but I didn't enjoy it. I wanted to finish the story but turning the pages felt more like a chore than a genuine interest so I gave up.

O K THIS IS MY FIRST REVIEW EVER I AM OVERFLOWING WITH EMOTIONS BECAUSE I JUST FINISHED THIS MANGA
Story - 10
!!!!!!!!!!!!!! need i say more without spoiling anything. see: Enjoyment
Art - 9
art is typical for a shoujo manga. just rly happy the mangaka didnt make yanagi look too much like the Typical Leading Male In A Shoujo Manga if u know what i mean. yanagi looks plain and blond and most certainly does not have long tousled hair and a stoic face which is amazing because u have NO IDEA how often that appearance appears in shoujo manga IT MAKES ME SICK. the art isnt so good as would merit a 10, but it was ok and fairly consistent too considering this manga took like 4 years to complete
Character - 10
AMAZING kujou is amazing her determination to study and work hard for her dreams since she was a little girl is amazing. she deserves everything good in life because she worked hard for it. also shes not tsundere which is amazing because HONESTLY there are too many tsundere girls in shoujo mangas already. tho if i had to pick a fav character in this manga itd probs be yanagi even though hes tsundere. it is amazing how expressive he is you would think he is the Overly-Dramatic Leading Lady In A Shoujo Manga Who Overthinks Everything even though he is technically not (spoiler alert he actually is). also he is NOT COOL AT ALL nope he is completely dorky and awkward and really really spoiled and sheltered. which is why i like him bec hes not like those other leading males in shoujo mangas who are Too Perfect For Life and Women (im looking at u usui takumi). i love yanagi he is dramatic, annoying, funny, and MOST IMPORTANTLY VERY EXPRESSIVE and ANIMATED, which u dont really see in many leading males in popular shoujo manga who are all like 'wat do u want stop bothering me and my cold, cool facade u wont see through until after a hundred chapters when u have broken down by stoic walls'. i love him even though i wouldnt want him as a boyfriend because FUQ HE IS SO NEEDY. all the other characters are great. i love the astronomy club and my country boy KEI-CHAN. i love how they all developed as characters throughout the whole ordeal between yanagi and kujou. the characters are what makes this manga so great and enjoyable and FUNNY
Enjoyment - 10
I Love Everything the humor the romance the fact that THERE IS LITTLE TO NO CRINGE-WORTHY DRAMATIC SCENES amazing. im very nitpicky about shoujo manga because i hate mangas which are too much of an emotional roller coaster like nope no thanks im experiencing enough drama in my life to devote a portion of it to READING drama nope. this manga just had the right balance of comedy and romance that would satisfy such a shallow person like me lol if i could give it a 10000/10 i honestly would
overall 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!

I gave the story an 8 because it is a bit cliche but still worth to be read. it might be a rom-com and a typical one at that but it is still entertaining for me. it is intended really for everyone but mostly for girls who are in their teens and are venturing out into the unknown realms of romantic relationships.
Characters an 8 as well because it is, again, a typical "rich boy poor girl" situation. a bit cliche but their upbringing and their baggages are lighter than most of the character plots out their. again, this is just for entertainment stuff.
art is great without a doubt.
overall, i enjoyed this manga. it is what i am looking for just to pass time and to make worth of it. a slice of life and a bit of indifferences in status and their beliefs of "love is above all things" still creeps in to me from time to time reminding me, despite of it being a fiction, i too, still have a chance in life when it comes to romance.
